I always thought I wasn't pushing myself outside of my comfort zone, but I realized completing all of these workouts is pushing myself outside of comfort! Maybe some of you can relate, it is all in our mindset...thanks Sydney!!!
Nothing like a great AMRAP workout to get me out of bed early. Crushed this workout and now ready to crush my day. Split squats always get me. I was struggling during that circuit but I did it!
Good evening, Sydney Squad! I crushed this workout after a busy day at work. We’re getting ready for tax season at the CPA office and I’ve been working on data entry for bank reconciliations. I’m proud of everyone who did this workout with me. We’re already a week into the program, I can’t believe it! I’m going to do a lower body stretch tonight before I go to bed so I can enjoy my rest day tomorrow. I hope everyone has a good evening and I’ll see you Friday night!
AMRAP workouts have become some of my favorite ones 🥰. There’s nothing like starting a fresh, new day with some incredible company and a boost of empowerment/energy ❤️. Thank you, Sydney!!
I loved the step ups and bench squats. I have to tell you I was drained and was just looking forward to cool down. My husband has been home with covid and it is mentally and physically challenging. Each day I am pushing myself so that I stay healthy!!! Thank you in advance for letting me vent!!! Have a healthy day!!!
Had a headache and decided to move instead of seating on the sofa...just to come to the realization at the end of the workout headache is gone and feeling like a million dollars!!!! 💪🏋️♀️👍🥰
Awesome format. I substituted curtsy lunges for the split squats. My knees were telling me no no no girl. And today I'm going to focus on stopping negative thoughts as soon as they begin. Have a great day everyone!
Not going to lie I was dreading this one a bit! But I feel so accomplished after having completed it! Very challenging workout and that last set really pushed me. Favourite set was the fire hydrant and push back - I used my glute bands because I have a really tough time putting the weight behind my knee. Go get this one done if you haven’t already! It is worth your time!
In a world full of lies and deceit be honest with yourself and make the effort to be good to you. Know when you can do more and know when you need a break. Be your biggest fan, cheer yourself on and most of all give yourself the compliments you deserve for showing up. ❤
I took yesterday off instead of Thursday… been fighting a sinus infection and head cold for over a month now. I was forced to stay home from work, so I finally broke down and got an antibiotic. I got at least 9 hours of sleep! I feel so much better today. This was definitely a tough one. Glad I took the day off! Sydney, you are an inspiration even for this 49 year old broad! Finding you was my saving grace! Love you tons 🤟🏻❤️
I am SO PROUD of myself for completing this workout! This was my first workout in a while and I am ready to get into the habit of working out daily and eating healthier and in general just living a healthier lifestyle again. At the and of the workout I did shed a couple of tears just because I felt a little sad and week ,I was REALLY REALLY struggling during the workout and I felt fatigue in my muscle very early on in the workout which I wouldn't feel before.I would constantly be comparing myself now to myself in the past and I would think how I could lift more weight or do more reps two months ago when I was a lot more consistent with my workouts. Its a little hard to ignore those thoughts and move on but,I am here and I am ready to get stronger and more consistent!I am super proud of myself for showing up because I always found myself making up excuses to not workout and I would always say "tomorrow I will workout out"but It never happened because I kept making excuses and I was stuck in that viscous cycle.I felt like saying this because I know many people might be in the vicious cycle or might be experiencing something similar to me and I know if it was me I would feel a lot better if I found a comment like this.If you took the time to read this thank you so much!
I am so glad I had my fitness friends from work and do this workout this morning, I don't think I could have done it without them, this was tough. We crushed this workout together and feel great after we finished it.
That was tough! I lacked the motivation today, but I knew you guys were here pushing me and cheering me on so I showed up. Now I have the momentum to keep going today! Keep it up squad... even on the tough days!!! Thank you Sydney!
Focus has to be my new favorite program! I love everything about it. Thank you, Sydney for transforming not only my body, but my mental health. You’re the best!

I love you Sydney. For everything you do for us. Thank you so much for the talk at the end of this video. I’ve been struggling mentally with anxiety and depression. After 19 years I quit big pharma meds. I’ve been taking cbd at night to help me sleep but lately it hasn’t helped . I lost 11lbs this week cause I haven’t been able to eat. I’m taking it day by day. Thank you again 🙏🙏
LAWD that was intense! That’s another one for the records. Oh my goodness, you push me to my limits. The best part was when the time ran out to do the heel kick squats. Thank you! Thank you Sydney. I look forward to my rest day.
I was in pain and crying for the workout to end. But I did it and I am proud of myself . I loved the fire hydrants and kickbacks circuits because it made me realise that my glutes are becoming strong

I can’t wait to get back to your workouts. I have been sick since Monday- never thought I would miss working out but you have made me miss it. Thank you!
Today's workout was a testament to how far I've come mentally instead physically. This workout was HARD and i definitely found some negative thoughts creeping in throughout it. By the time we got to glutes I didn't know if I had enough in the tank. I reminded myself of how far I've coming since starting with Sydney when the pandemic first started. I never could have lasted through an AMRAP like this even six months ago. It's truly a testament to Sydney as a trainer that I can reframe a hard workout in my mind to show myself my strength not an indication of my weakness. So proud to be apart of this team. crushed it!
Crushed It!! That cool down talk & motivation was so great & really connected with me especially during this busy time of year!! Always enjoy AMRAP style workouts..definitely earned that sweat!!
Thought the best part was all of it! Can you believe I had to repeat the split squats round, my pop squats seemed a bit easy, till I checked with yours! Arrgh. What did you enjoy as a child, that helps with decisions about happiness and where to look for it. Made it through!🎉.

You are so positive and such a great motivator that the things you say also motivate me when I go on a long run and have to push myself to finish. Again Thank You!!!
