In the major parts of the exercises the elbow joint is moving too much... is should be almost "freezed"... it is the shoulder joint the one who really and energically moves!
Other vids show the C skip as being your D skip.
How long should you do each of these drills and how frequently if you want to run long distances vs sprints
In my school we do it 50m
I would say 30-60m for speed sprint development and 100m for speed endurance
Is this replacing,the A,B and C skips?
