I really appreciate your skipping video . I have never had anyone properly explain dorsiflexion properly to me . I now have the knowledge of how to get the spring I need to run 👣
Good video on basic steps. One comment though about hill strikers. I used to thinking the same way. However, there are plenty of pro elite runners, men and women, that are hill strikers still winning medium distances, half marathons, full marathons, ultras, and iron mans out there. So I say let your feet fall naturally whatever your body mechanics allow.
A Interesting detail. I can not run at all( my patella has no cartilage) , but i can still skip...Must be different loads on the critical moving parts.
Hello sir, excuse me do you have tips for running 12 minutes forward? Fast and stable ?thanks for your video sir or i just need to follow your previous video?
2:47 Grandpa, your spine was wobbling as if you used it to regulate recoil of each stride just to fully extend your supporting leg. Is it bad if I rather not fully extend that supporting leg so that it acts as the recoil regulation mechanism instead of my spine and head in the way your spine and head do as they are bounce about?
Chari Hawkins explains it better, I mean B-skip. The rest is self called terms. Also, you are wrong about heel strike as most of long distance athletes are doing it, at lease my friend who is Olympic champion. Cheers.
Ryan hall, the american record holder In the marathon would disagree regarding heel striking. He himself is a forefoot runner. Watch his interview with Peter Attia for more details

My wife and I actually did this stuff from a previous vid, it was great. So we did it again. Now I'm onto wind sprints again.
Thanks!
Good stuff!
Hope the next video is how to run up- down hill properly!
I’m excited to try these!
I just started watching your videos yesterday. You have exactly what I’m looking for to help train my 13 yr old son. Thank you so much
I just discovered your channel. I very like your video, very well explain and demonstrated. Also exercises and drills are properly identify and named
This looks fun. I might incorporate it. Thank you! The B skip reminds me of skanking (the type of dancing done to ska music)!
Great video, excellent for power and stability training for sprinting

How many sets of each exercise do you recommend?
Up
Should I do these before or after a run?

When doing running drills do you think wearing low to the ground sneaks are best or does it not matter? Ground feel
How many reps and sets ?
Gracias 💪👏
Are the first two the same as A Skip?

are those drills also for long distance runners?
Of course
The Fast Skip is what I know to be the A Skip.
Oddly backwards sprinting has really improved my normal sprints.
I learn this from John Cleese in Mighty Python years ago 🤪
It's *Monty Python.*
