I thought Kelly of the 90's was a better free surfer than the Kelly of today. Kelly is great because he let people know that my home state of Florida can throw down on any waves in the world and inspire lots of U,S. east coasters, but I think that todays Andy is slightly better that todays Kelly. Kelly learned more moves over the years but his general body style/flow got stiffer than it was in the 90's. I would compare 90's Kelly to todays Andy and I would say it is a tie. Watch 90/s videos of Kelly and you will see a smoother style, not as many moves but better flow.
