The cheesecake is best kept chilled but as long as it’s not hot (depending on wher you live) it can be travelled for 1.5hrs. Just make sure not to blast off the heater on your car if you’re driving just to keep the cold temperature. And as soon as you reach your destination put it back to the fridge just before serving. Have a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving to you and to your family. Stay safe!❤️🤗🙏
I used pumpkin pie mix so I was missing that sugar the extra erythritol. It's supposed to be a healthier version so I have to get used to not having my usual sugary pie, if I make it again. Thank you for posting this recipe.

The cream cheese looked like it was two to three times the amount than what the recipe calls for, the same with the butter and cream. Are you making a bigger batch in this video, because the proportions do not look right?
I made this for thanksgiving and it was DELICIOUS! The taste was great! However, I don’t know what I did wrong because the cheesecake didn’t firm up. It was almost like a moose texture. I believe I didn’t put the right amount of gelatin but I don’t know. I used a packeted gelatin and did the mixture then applied what was in the description. I’m not sure if it was too little gelatin. @@ketoserts Yes! I used unflavored gelatin by Kroger. I do have Jel dessert unflavored gelatin by Bakol so I’m not sure if that works better. I also don’t know if I should just add a whole packet instead.
@@ketoserts One packet holds 7 grams. I bloomed it with 3/4 glass of water. But, I only used 1 1/2 tsp like in the description box. I didn’t know how much to put.

I doubled the recipe because.... cheesecake! 🤤 It's in the fridge! I made the caramel sauce, but I'm not gonna put it on until I remove it from the pan at Mom's. I'll make the whipped cream tomorrow and pipe it on at Mom's, then pour on the sauce. I don't want to take up too much time and space in her kitchen as it will be full and busy enuf. I can't wait until people take their bites and I tell them how many carbs it has and that it has zero sugar. 🤓🥳😋

I love your vids, but I have a question about the amounts of each ingredient that is being used in this vid? The cream cheese looked like it was two to three times the amount than what the recipe calls for, the same with the butter and cream. Are you making a bigger batch in this video, because the proportions do not look right?

I made this for thanksgiving and it was DELICIOUS! The taste was great! However, I don’t know what I did wrong because the cheesecake didn’t firm up. It was almost like a moose texture. I believe I didn’t put the right amount of gelatin but I don’t know. I used a packeted gelatin and did the mixture then applied what was in the description. I’m not sure if it was too little gelatin. Any suggestions? Thank you for your videos! They are amazing!

@@ketoserts Yes! I used unflavored gelatin by Kroger. I do have Jel dessert unflavored gelatin by Bakol so I’m not sure if that works better. I also don’t know if I should just add a whole packet instead.
@@otakuelf9456 how many grams is your 1 packet? And also how did you bloom your gelatine before adding to the batter?
@@ketoserts One packet holds 7 grams. I bloomed it with 3/4 glass of water. But, I only used 1 1/2 tsp like in the description box. I didn’t know how much to put.
@@otakuelf9456 oh that’s why! I mentioned it in the description box to bloom in 2 TABLESPOONS of cold water. Using 3/4 glass of water is way too much.

Does anyone know how to modify the recipe to use powdered gelatin instead of the sheets? According to Google it’s 1tsp of powder for one sheet. Should you add it to water then incorporate the water into the cheesecake mixture??

Ok so use 1 1/2 teaspoons powdered gelatin dissolved in 2 tablespoons cold water, and microwaved for 10 seconds, should be good to go 🤗

I made the caramel sauce, but I'm not gonna put it on until I remove it from the pan at Mom's. I'll make the whipped cream tomorrow and pipe it on at Mom's, then pour on the sauce. I don't want to take up too much time and space in her kitchen as it will be full and busy enuf. I can't wait until people take their bites and I tell them how many carbs it has and that it has zero sugar.

@@ketoserts Everyone loved it! My Mom's neighbor was taking a bunch of photos of it with his phone! LOL I dolled it up by piping the whipped cream on it kinda like you did and drizzled the caramel sauce from a squeeze bottle with a narrow tip. It was gorgeous! Doubling the recipe made a good size and 12 generous pieces.

I have made a lot of cheese cakes and have Never used gelatin sheets, what are these for! Never even seen a recipe to use them in cheese cake??
For no-bake cheesecakes, the gelatin is used to help the mixture set up when the cake is refrigerated. The gelatin is added to the batter to help give the cake a little more body and hold together when sliced. You can use powdered gelatine or agar agar too. ❤️
