I have bi-polar disorder (since I was a teen.) I have often wanted to not be on the planet. I related to you today. I am not a religious person, but I am spiritual. When I believed in nothing, the first thing I could believe in was Mother Nature. I love my Neon Pothos! The thing that is freaking me out is that I am communicating with someone in Nigeria. I am 66 and new to YT. I have no social media or any other "modern" ways of communicating. I have commented to you before and you have answered, it means the world to me. My plants make me so happy; they are a steppingstone to the world. Thank You.
Oh my goodness the way your comment gave me such goosebumps. Thank you so much for such a powerful comment. We are miles apart but I’m happy our shared love for plants has some how connected us and provided us with joy and something that keeps us going. 💚💚💚💚💚
I have some indoor plants but have been working on getting more native plants back into my yard (MN, USA) and seeing the bees pollenating then birds enjoying the seeds from the plants my my heart swell!
I often talk about that my plants are growing me, through me growing them. When I need to be caring for myself I will find myself giving that care to plants first and in doing so, I get in touch with that place inside myself that accepts more self love and acceptance of myself.
Video came at the right time for me. I’ve been feeling the same you have and as a result I’ve started seeing my collection as tiresome and burdensome ( even had thoughts of throwing away everything ) but this video was super helpful for me to try and take a moment and appreciate the beauty of my plants ❤
Thinking of you while I eat potatoes, spinach and kidney beans conglomeration my friend told me how to make- but I think I didn’t do a good job… Anyhoo! 🤗 thx again for another banger. Rad.
Yes, that was a wonderful video. Definitely uplifting. I get so much joy out of seeing people with the same joy for plants that I have. Because a lot of people that I know are not really into plants, so I am all by myself in the venture until I find a video like this. ❤ur videos, and your accent. It’s to die for.
Aww thank you so much. Alot of people I know here are not into plants as well which is why I look forward to reading the comments here and just the lovely community we have here 💚
Your such a joy Ebuka!!! Your spirit shines throughout your videos as well as smile. Your love of plants inspires better care of mines. Keep serving up amazing fits and that incredible smile on RUclips. ❤❤❤
Thank you for this video! I am 1000% in agreement with you on how indoor/outdoor gardening is good for the soul and the spirit. And your plants are amazing!!
🎀🪴👁️👁️Ebuka, you seem to always know what we need to see and hear. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. I am a survivor who goes through anxiety from time to time. My plants are my lifeline. My plants are my therapy. I do a vegetable container garden as well. There is no better happiness than seeing a plant grow or discovering a yield of a vegetable that has grown at the care of one’s own hands. 🙌🏾 I too find myself singing a praise to God over His infinite blessings by way of the plants all around me.💃🏽 I can easily break out into my happy dance 😂
Goodness. To touch soil and help life spring from it! It can be fun and delightful to have this hobby to share with others but it is also a blessing you can benefit from and enjoy by yourself.
Plants to inspire JOY! Ebuka, I remember you said that timestamps were not working, and they can be tricky to start, but they really help with reach. I at times deal with the Big Deep. I also have a number of plants but, your seections🤩 I've started seeing your videos and I'm loving them. Being in Nigeria you're in the zone. Keep up the wonderful work ❤
Just looking at your plants make me smile 😊. Can't keep calatheas alive but they sure are beautiful. But you are right the more common plants make ya happy. Have a Boston fern ive had for 9 years now I smile every time i walk past her 🪴😊. Love your videos I look forward to watching them. 😘
When you said you smile each time you pass your fern, I started smiling too . Just shows how plants make people happy and it’s a contagious feeling! Thanks for watching 💚
You are sweet and funny and beautiful. I love you. Thank you for your videos. I consider you my friend. You always make me smile. I feel emotional about my plants too. I love that you touched on the spirituality of the experience of your plants. ❤❤❤ I feel that as well.
Aww omg you all will make me cry with these comments. Thank you so much. This beautiful community of ours makes me happy and also keeps me going so thank YOU too for your kind words
Hi All these plants are really beautiful I can relate to how good plants make you feel better ❤ unfortunately most of them are not easy to find in the beautiful Seychelles .I can relate when U say Nigeria 😂😂😂😂😂😂
You are so right! Looking at those plants, I cannot deny they're beautiful. I feel connected with God every day, but my plants help me feel more purposeful. However, the only plant in this video I actually had success with personally was the African milk bush. The rest are on my Black list, honestly. So I'll just admire yours from afar. Yours are beautiful.
I do agree that God took so much detail in every plant in its design. Like he didn't just give us green he gave us a world of color and variety. He didnt have to give us flowers or leaf patterns, sun stress, or hundreds in the same catagory. I spent today working on a recent finds from LOWE's and a few clearance plants I'm going to enjoy watching them recover and thrive during the long winter. I do not like being indoors for so many months without my plant projects of winter. I need some happy in my windows with their greens of hope of the coming spring. I need something to care for when its just too cold.
So beautiful putting and needing something to care for when it’s cold it such a profound and beautiful statement and mentality !! Will make the cold months pass by
I live in Houston Texas and from one African Milk tree I have propagated several more. They are very easygoing. I bring them just inside my door when the temperature is going to be freezing ( seldom ) once the temperature goes above 5 I’ll set it back outside. Mine are taller than a meter. Any props that are small I keep indoors over winter. LUV your channel 🌿🌵
My most beautiful plants are my cape sundews, sparkling in the sunlight and surrounded with bright green moss. I love my fragrant blooming plants. Why isn't fragrance a thing?
10:00 plants have brought me to tears many times. There are some plants that I love as if I gave birth to them. I get really weird about it, sometimes I press my face to their leaves and even kiss them. Someone call TLC, I don’t care!
Aww trust me I know this feeling. It shows that you are an empath and full of love and tenderness. The right kind of person basically. Don’t change ! 💚
Ahh haven’t watched yet but much needed. Had medical test and now need more. Probably fine but it is never fun. I am also a believer who doesn’t attend church (much) anymore. Differences of opinion. 😉
Hope the results are positive and good ones 😅. Attending church frequently doesn’t mean you are a good person or Christian, I know a lot of people who do here and they aren’t nice people. So there’s that ☺️
Gurl it’s growing them in the tropics outdoors 🤭 that’s the unfair advantage but also ive shown and talked about the brand of fertilizer i use . It’s by a brand called Doff and it’s a 7-7-7 balanced fertilizer. It is truly the best and I’ve seen amazing results with it . Hope you can get it
Also I think Calathia's in Nigeria live like they are in the lost city of gold cause I've never seen ones as fat and happy as the ones on your channel! Oh! and I ordred two Espiscia's off Etsy this week so they should be arriving soon!~
🤣🤣 trust me they look this good cause it’s the rainy season, come dry season and they look like they need an express plain out of here 🤣. Welcome to the Espiscia clubbbbb I know they will give you nothing but joy ☺️

Ok now your comment is going to make me shed a tear or two . Indeed gardening is very beautiful and brings and out good and best in us actually. Oh What A World is top 10 most fave songs of all time. The lyrics and she even mentions plants and flowers too
This was a good episode as always. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Plants are definitely therapeutic. I have mine to remind me of something else to care for when I don’t want to take care of myself. What was your first plant that helped you live to see another day?
Thank you ☺️. It was actually an Euphobia. Pencil Cactus specifically, that was my first plant. Unfortunately i couldn’t take it with me when i moved. It got so huge and never gave me any issues .
how is your calathea makoyana sooooo biggggggggg. I got mine in a 4 in pot 3 years ago and she's still in a 4 in pot. HOWWWWW is yours sooo bigggg??!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I even give mine rainwater and she's still small.

@@hanstera_deliciosa Thank you.
This is the truth! When I start feeling down, I end up at the nursery buying new plants 😂
Same here ❤
I agree having plants give you a good reason to work hard in each day and I feel like they are our friends

Plants are therapeutic. I love mine and have formed a bond with them. I don’t see myself not having them.

Plants are therapeutic, and a connection with nature is truly a connection with the divine 🥰 thank you for the reminder, God is good!
yup, sometimes plants are the only reason to open curtains in the morning...💚 btw. nice shirt
When I’m having a day I just go through my collection and clean them. Prune and make them all pretty gives me such a serotonin boost ❤
Yes yes same with me !! Sometimes just watering them with my hose is all I need to elevate the blues
My favorite was the purple Oxalis triangularis, so big and lush, nice mixed with the philodendron! Amazing colors 🤗🪴
