I am happy that someone else appreciates that anthurium! For many years I felt that I was alone in that. With little care you can grow a beautiful plant with shiny giant leaves and it blooms continuously too. I have grown mine for 17 years, chopped it hundred times, and it keeps giving. The blooms have a very mild but delicious fruity fragrance early in the mornings. And yes, it was bought by the roadside in Accra where I live. Thank you for the relatable videos
This has quickly become my go to channel when I'm doing all the plant things, I cannot get enough of your content! Thank you for being my planty inspiration & motivation and for the new perspective & knowledge that keeps my collection thriving; much love from Indiana, USA 💚🙏😌🪴
Hi Ebuka😃🙌Oh My Gosh🥰That philodendron paraiso verde🥵🤤😋I'm soooo tempted to grow one! Your Luscious indoor plants really are beautiful😌🤲💞I enjoyed watching. We had the hell-fire August and September weather and my poor calatheas really had a hard time. It's cooler now and they can grow back their bald spots😅
Oh my Calatheas are definitely going to suffer in the coming hell fire months ! And they last for 6 months here. Dear God, not looking forward to it at all . Thank you for watching as always 💚
You don't need grow lights for plants. You can get a regular LED bulb, it has to have specific requirements like: 10-20 Watt, 4000-6000 Kelvin and 2000-5000 lumen. I got my LED for 3 Euro (about 3 USD), but I had to purchase a lamp that would hold the LED bulb. 🥲 And my plants are THRIVING for months. Pushing new leaves out like crazy without any windows near them.
Philodendron Burle Marx was gorgeous, wow! Loving the tour, and the outfit! Edit: omg so sorry for your philodendron sodiroi! The little surviving cutting is cute :)
That Pepperomia would look good on a circle support! Don’t worry about your corn plant ( Dracena) and light, they are so adaptable. I have a large one that bloomed each year then just stopped…when you see it’s flowers- like white stemmed Sputnik’s on a branch-compared to the flowers of Sansiviera, you can see why Sansiviera was changed to Dracena. And yes the too sweet fragrance gets stronger at night to attract moths. Good video! 🌱😊
Thank you for the new tour. Your plant room and living room are warm and welcoming, just like your videos. Little known rattan rule: more rattan = more better! ZZ’s are planted in council gardens and along roadsides here and get huge with apparent neglect, so I thought they’d be a safe bet for my outside plants as I love their shade of green near the more flamboyantly coloured plants. But it has not thrived. Am thinking of moving it well away from sight and ignoring it as I don’t think they like to be closely observed by humans.
Greetings from New Jersey, USA. You look gorgeous in red! Thanks for the tour. My dad had a dracena like that, we called it a corn plant. The light in your living room is not strong enough. He had his by a northeast window and he also had a 20-foot-high sky light. After 7 or 8 years it bloomed! I understand this is uncommon. The sent was overwhelming, so sweet and cloying. The whole house smelled. If it hadn't be winter we would have put it out on the balcony. Anyway, love you, love your content.
Thanks for such a lovely comment. Oh wow yes I don’t think I have seen one bloom before, your dad must have truly loved and cared for it . I need to get mine a grow light, perhaps it will bloom for me someday 💚
That outfit is just everything❤
Thank you 🥰🥰🥰🥰
My sentiment exactly
It’s fabulous ❤
The red is stunningly fierce 🙌❤✨
Before I watch the video, I have to say WOW to that outfit! ❤️ Red is for you, babes

ZZ’s are literally set it and forget it. I only water mine once every two to three months. They don’t like a lot of fuss.
@@prettybrwneyez7757 that’s my problem! I need to fuss. So then I got a bunch of Alocasia and I’m f*cked now. 😆

I think it’s one of the Dracena fragrance, hence the smell

How large will the first plant you showed get (anthurium)?
Oh they can grow quite large especially when planted in the ground. In pots i think they don’t get much bigger than mine
@@TheMillennialPlantDad thx babes
Sometimes we just put plants where we feel they are more aesthetically pleasing, even if they protest!! 😂🪴
Hehehe precisely
I loved the plant tour especially the anthurium, could you please tell us the Latin name if you happen to know it? I definitely would like to get it
