Have you tried papaya with honey and granola? DELISH The sound of children in the background is so sweet, it makes me happy. Love how you are trying to grow food, regardless of the weather. OMG I love everything about this video! I consider myself a ‘decorator’ with plants. The plant has to be visually pleasing to me before I buy it, then it also has to fit into my existing decor in a please manner. I’ve created individual wooden shelving specifically to display my plants. I buy grow lights to specifically fit in with my decor. I use macrame to not only hang plants, but also as wraps for plastic pots, and also to hide long cords. Make life beautiful!

I grow quite a few herbs and vegetables and consistent watering has been key to health and productivity for me .

I love growing a garden in the summer. I hope you have luck with ur lavender cause I just can’t seem to get it right. Maybe I can take some tips from you. Just wait until you taste the vegetables you grow. They taste so much better than what we buy in the grocery store. A garden tomato taste absolutely amazing. You’ll never want to eat grocery store veggies again the same for bell peppers 😋 I would say you have an herb garden. If I could make a suggestion, plant your bell pepper plant by itself. It will get quite big

Pepper plants are perennial plants, as you take care of them, they last forever, compared to tomatoe plants 😊 I still had some but they cooked with our frozen weather 😢 it got below 20 few days ago 😔 I kind of giving up on plants Ebuka 😢😢😢 I tried to work in my greenhouse and I could not breathe 😮 my husband is going in there and smoking his cigarettes 😡🥵😱🥶😡 I can not say the right words but I am very upset ! Men are selfish but mine it seemed he was doing ( building) adding more space for old greenhouse and it was for himself to have a place where he can play games in the winter, smoke cigarettes and be away from house 😡 and all my money spent in plants is wasted

Is this one of those millennial-adulthood urges? 😅 I’m still under pressure of buying an air-fryer, renovating a room, getting a pet, and booking a vacation. I would love to have an edible garden/herb garden. But, I know I’d slack off at least once, and then it’d all be over for my poor herbs and veggies. That being said, I do have berry bushes on the balcony. Also love that you call papaya paw-paw. Pawpaw is a type of fruit indigenous to the US, and it’s very tasty :) You continued to inspire me, maybe I’ll get some herbs. Your edible garden is a really impressive collection. I tried lavender, and it didn’t love me. It wouldn’t return after it went dormant. You repot with such care, it’s like watching an artist work. I hope I can visit your country someday-even if it’s during Harmattan! :)

This channel was recommended to me. I don't know if their rules have been recently updated, but I just looked them up, and they do clarify how they define houseplants. That being said...I really don't doubt that your suspicions played a large part in you being permanently banned because of what happened to me today. I left a comment on another plant RUclipsr's video asking for recommendations of houseplant RUclipsrs from other countries or of other ethnicities because I'm part of a group that gives houseplants to students at a local college. Many of them are international students, and I want share plant care videos in our private FB group from a diverse group of creators to help them feel more welcome. I've gotten a few recommendations, but today I received a rude reply.

ugh, plant stands are my number one pet peeve. I cannot find an aesthetically pleasing one that has either adjustable shelves or shelves taller than 18" (46 cm). There are not a lot of plants that will stay under 18", so they are fine when the plants are young and then they grow up and don't fit anymore. Having single plants and single grow lights all over the place isn't practical, why can't they just make them with shelves 30" (76 cm) apart? I refuse to have a horrible metal shelf unit, so I end up having to modify wooden ones.

Not you coming for me with the racks… I have one of those black metal shelves in my living room and one in my bedroom…. They hold lots of plants so that’s why we use them.

Your entrance was brilliant and your comedic timing epic 😂. I'm going to comment on what I think is your most controversial point - wealth and how it affects this hobby. People should spend however much money they have on whatever they want, but I havn't found a plant utube from anyone except the wealthy. All the stuff they have feels frenetic to me. The houses are palatial and a bit sterile ... I long for more realistic homey content like yours. I live in a one room apartment with one window (fortunately it's south facing). Not one extension cord lol. All my furniture is wood - hand me downs or vintage resale. Nothing is piled in front of the window. I buy accent pieces from resale...my colors are jewel tones, so I have glass emerald and cobalt blue pot trays and bowls. My art is mostly done by family members, but some is from resale shops. I buy plants on clearance and try to save them for the fun of it. Thats just me. Each to his own. But I think you are wonderful at creating wellness and a lifegiving home!!!

It lifts my spirit , it shows it's okay to get overwhelmed with plant care and be upset with some plants 😅, it shows it's okay not to be competitive and get expensive plants and plant care and it makes me laugh from the heart . The honesty of your content stands out and I love the plant gossip too.❤. Thanks for sharing the youtubers who inspired you...i was already subscribed to one and I quickly subscribed to the others. Love the way you shared your learnings from each youtuber which was beyond plant care. But you are on the top if my list for a more pure and vulnerable experience ❤❤❤❤. Lol, better do what works for you before your plants rot and die. I recommend plant parents do several tests for a couple of months with different plants and different containers to see what works for you and your environment. Listen to these "influencers" at your own risk.
