Cabcab/ Kiping

This recipe is memorable to me because this is the first recipe that I posted a video of in Facebook at the start of the pandemic. This is a recipe which is easy to make but you need a lot of time to make this. When the pandemic started, we were all under "house arrest" so we had so much time. I thought making this would be a perfect way to pass the time. I love cab cab. The site of the fried, crispy shell with the drizzle of moscovado syrup is pure delight for me! Some people use cab cab as a tortilla chip or to replace a taco shell. It is cheap and nutritious!

I am sorry but I do not understand your question. This is Cabcab/Kiping recipe and uses only grated cassava. There is no coconut milk in the recipe. Did you mean another recipe not cabcab?
