Use regular rice flour NOT glutinous rice flour Yes you can use this recipe for simbang gabi bibingka but the original recipe uses yeast which you can find in my youtube channel. Thank you for supporting my channel.

I just make my Rice puto , and I devided the measurements into 2 and i notice the consistency is a little thick so i added 3 cups of coconut milk , and my baking powder is 1 Tbs. + 1 tsp, the result has a little crack on it, do you think the problem is the baking powder? maybe i’ll make it 2 Tbs. instead?
I did not understand your question in the part when you said you added 3 cups coconut milk and baking powder. Did you mean in addition to what is in the recipe? With regards to the cracking of the puto, aside from the addition of sufficient amount of baking powder, it is due to high heat when you steam. Please follow to the recipe to the letter. They have been kitchen tested several times for accuracy. Please try again and let me know how it went. Good luck!
Add the cost of all the ingredients you used, add packaging, labor and utilities and then percentage of mark up that you want. I am sorry but I can not give you specific costing because we do not get our ingredients at the same price and the prices of ingredients are changing every week so you have to do your own costing.

Kakang gata po ba gamit nyo hindi nilagyan ng tubig ung niyog
I used first extraction lang so you add a little water. Kakang gata is coconut cream meaning no water added.

Rice flour is giniling na bigas. Glutinous rice flour is ginilang na malagkit rice.

Perfect! No after taste at all. You always need more baking powder when you steam.

You can replace coconut milk with whole milk or evaporated milk NOT powdered milk po.
