Peanut Kisses

A visit to Bohol is not complete without bringing home a pasalubong of Peanut Kisses. These peanut meringues are shaped with the famous Chocolate Hills in mind. I hope that with my simple and easy version of this popular pastry, you can bring home and enjoy a piece of Bohol in your own kitchen.

Ang peanuts ang madaling masira. Pack well after baking to increase shelf life.

I think over mix siya that is why it is watery. This is like making a meringue for sans rival and silvanas. Fold in the nuts gently and quickly. Please try again. I hope it works this time. Thank you for watching!
