I just bought a tiny home wish me luck I already gutted it and I’m doing renovations hope it works out for me ℹ originally was going to have a new tiny home built for me however i chose to buy an older model and do it over. ❤️ Love your channel your tiny homes 🏡 are amazing!!!!

I'm a senior and I can not climb stairs and those lofts are totally useless to me. I need a park model with everything on one level, and a space for my dogs. I don't need a dinette or high cabinets or storage. As I'm also short. Also needs a dehumidifier for Southern living. They get moldy and stale in high humidity states.
I would love have one and proudly live in it!

Just a general question, can park models be put on a standard home foundation, after delivery? Or are they permanently adhered to the trailer?

If you take the cobers and put something that comes down out of the cabinet to get to the top of it top of the cabnet the shelfs slideing drawers

I totally agree most of my plants dont offer furniture. And they seem to sell before I can even stage them. My woodland park videos have furniture however.

Old people down size to park models and the last thing we need are stupid unused lofts that you must crawl,or crouch in! Love that this is made for those of us that are no longer Abel to crawl and crouch!
We also need a small dishwasher and nix the upper windows that we can’t maintain!

I live in Mobile Alabama and thankfully there is a mobile home sales place near me who sells the Champion Athens models. Have you ever seen them place a shower\tub combo (something you can soak in, even in a sitting position) in these size homes? Just curious what is possible. My dream home includes a tub to soak in ;) thanks again for great quality content! I am subscribed for more!

Stupid question if you don't have a bathroom door into the bedroom can you make the bedroom door into a sliding door & put 40 45in TV on that wall?
Got a price or is this a thing where I buy at the end of the month and threaten to walk out? Commissions are important when you’re going to live in a small box with one quarter the size one person needs.

THE CAMERA IS WAS TO CLOSE, NEEDS TO BE A BUT FURTHER BACK? CAN'T GET A DEPTH VIEW OF THE AREAS INSIDE UP WAY TO CLOSE TO THE WALLS, ETC.

It's my understanding, that the more windows in a house the more expensive it is? so why so many windows? . Also with this design why such high ceilings, as heat rises. I don't care for walking into my kitchen. I do love the porch. I can see a porch swing on it. Maybe I should just design my own lol, thanks for the video :).
They say in most of the videos that I've watched that the windows allow in more natural light and it makes the homes appear much larger. Have a nice day 😊

@@tapper701 Well given that we are nation wide I may have some one in GA that would be interested in it and that would cost a lot for transport so i want to be a precise when I quote a price to a customer. This house would be around the high 80k price point in the northwestern states.

These tiny homes don't have closets for broom, vacuum, bucket, and other cleaning supplies.
Checked out the park, I actually drove right past it earlier today and didn’t even know it was there so definitely secluded. Only negative is that it’s not open year round…. You buy the lot, pay a $600 a year HOA and you can’t access/live year round???? That’s strange to me.
Some parks are seasonal and some are open year round mostly because of the weather.
A lot of people are buying these for year-round living, not just a seasonal getaway.

You need a wide angle lens! Your videos are hard to watch because everything seems so close. The view lacks perspective!
Very nice yet sadly not much of a kitchen for working space for folks who love to cook.

People screen them in on site because it would blow off during transport.

I wouldn't even bother with a dining table. Just buy a small coffee table that lifts up to eat while sitting on couch.

Love your homes but the things that I don’t like are those big huge windows the windows are so big that you can’t have your furniture in the living room without being able to see all your furniture from the outside of your house.
People buy quarter and half acre lots at an RV park? I thought that was always a rental thing.
You are using the absolute wrong camera and/or settings to record. Zoom out so we can actually see the entire room. This was painful to watch. How is it that retailers show better videos of YOUR own product?
