Reminds me of a single-wide mobile home we had back in the 80's, they've just re-branded them now with the tiny house craze. It's still a clunky mobile home with low end materials that will depreciate like crazy.
Hey killjoy, not so fast. A stick-built home is a better investment if the ONLY factor you care about is appreciation. But for most of us looking at tiny homes, there are other factors. First, a well-made tiny home is an alternative to endless renting. These tiny homes can serve as ADUs for in-laws and grandparents, and they'll last for 30+ years, which is better than many of the other options. They're also great as vacation homes you can relocate if need be (though most recommend not moving it more than twice). Second, as for quality, there's such a wide variation in materials used, it's like comparing apples to hamburgers. This depends on the makers (and the purpose of the home). Also consider sustainability, which is a big advantage of tiny homes. Most of the tiny homes I've looked at are made with better materials than mobile homes, which have inconsistent building codes. Minimaliste Homes made in Canada, for example, uses high-end finishes throughout, along with solid hardwood and tongue & groove cabinetry, spray foam insulation, and state-of-the-art exteriors, including fire-resistant walls. They are also very energy efficient and that keeps utility costs low. You can find quality if you look for it. In some cases, tiny homes can be placed where a stick-built home cannot, which is another factor to consider. As an alternative to renting, and as a lifestyle, tiny homes make a lot of sense for some of us. They're not for everyone, but they shouldn't be dismissed as a phase or fad. They're not.
I didn't hear a price, everything is about price. It's nice, I lived in a trailer for 15 years and honestly we liked ours. Saved money to buy a home but it's not the trailer that's bad but the park it's in. We were lucky to live in a Navy park, VERY NICE and great neighbors.
Best laid out Tiny house I've seen. This has the first staircase I wouldn't be afraid to use. As a retiree I don't need three bedrooms but the kitchen sold me. No need for a table and enough cabinets to store our items. We've actually been looking at two tiny homes to tie together by a three seasons build on. I need a big kitchen because I cook/bake everything we eat. Plus all the pantry food we store. Nice job!

Really love this home. 😊. Like having the side door and how the upstairs loft is designed. Having the space designed so as to have full-size everything is also cool.
I love these beautiful park models I’ve been viewing them a long time. I’m needing something that very mobile and enables a very flexible lifestyle for myself
Nice and excellent floor plan. Very practical. I like that the bedroom is on the lower floor and extra sleeping can be upstairs. I also like the design of the stairs, safe and comfortable for any one of age and health issue to walk on, unlike some stairs in most tiny homes which are like a ladders. Keep up the good work, well done.
This is a beautiful place. I love the inside floor plan. Well done. I think it’s one of the best I’ve ever seen. Love the colour scheme as well. If one wanted to give it a pop of colour, they can do so with accessories.❤ do you ship to Ontario, Canada?
Really great plan. I would opt for a regular front door, sliders don't hold up well in constant use and are not very secure. It may not be an option, but taller upper cabinets would be nice, for seldom used but useful kitchen items. The fireplace is kind of a personal choice, some might delete it for a full size entertainment center....especially those who like music and movies. If the loft is used for guest space, might delete the windows looking in the living area. The second door is not really taking up space and provides for better fire egress, I like it. Over all a good plan.
I Agree. Windows are necessary in the loft on both sides in case of fire. Park Model has been building beautiful homes for a long time. It is the laws that keep a lot of people from buying. The laws need to change.
This is an excellent tiny house. I’ve designed quite a few for my self and a large living room is always important. Glad to see a large one here. Does anyone know if they deliver to Canada?
Can the window to the right of the peninsula be eliminated in order to extend the kitchen further? There's currently no room for a dishwasher, which I would want.
I would add the solar powered motion detection lights to the outside. That would be great if you live on land where you don't have a traditional home setup with lights.
Grey grout would definitely be better in this case, it would help make the tiles pop and also match the other accents…I think the white grout makes the tiles disappear, so they are no longer a feature in the kitchen, vs a grey grout that defines each tile, from a distance and close range. That’s just my opinion, beautiful job nonetheless.
@lawnsgardens Well said. Personally I would have gone with a very pale teal tile with grey grout. The fan in the living area I would love to have a fandelier. And the parts of the ceiling that are white I would once again, go with a pale teal. Either the same shade as the tiles or one shade darker, so that it wouldn't be swallowed by the black parts of the ceiling. Add in either a mid-century mod shade of teal stove and/fridge and this would nearly be perfection for my personal tastes.
First glance coming to the inside wow.... blinds are wonderful love queen size sofa.... lots of light is a must. Great job.... dim lights awesome, too... bathroom is great love extra storage... utilizing all the extra space living it, bathroom shower is very nice really loving that too the upstairs is exciting also price size?
I love this design! It has everything I need. I especially like the thoughtfulness of the dropped floor in the main bedroom to give more head space overall...and the loft upstairs looks like one of the most spacious I've seen so far. I have a none year old boy and that would be perfect for him. What's the size of this unit and price?
Excellent design, and above all I prefer the stairs to the ladder, much, much safer and specially if there is someone who can't climb ladders, or an elder person or a little child for example. Beautiful colors, design, etc. Very spacy and also very cozy. Excellent home to spend a rainy night, or a cloudy day inside.
That's the best living area I've ever seen in a tiny house! That loft has some room! Good idea to have the bedroom downstairs not so high. To each his own, all this grey in the house is not my thing. But I guess it can be customized with other colors. Those little white doors on the outside stood out! Best get them in the same color as the rest of the outside. Someone wrote it costs 125K. That seems quite expensive.
One thing missing in a lot of these times is a floor to ceiling pantry to store food for people who cook and shop at places like Costco. I have seen a nice pantry by a few other builders so I know it can be done and work very well. I would not buy a tiny without a pantry. Also no place to hang garments in loft.. They black Anderson window with blinds are great and I like the stairs next to the wall. Seems like it takes up less space. Would be nice to come with solar. Maybe in the future you will do that.

Can u mention the size? Dimensions? This has got to be at least a 10x30?
Very beautiful ❤
13x33
I'd be painting those access doors gray straightaway...
This is an excellent tiny house. I’ve designed quite a few for my self and a large living room is always important. Glad to see a large one here. Does anyone know if they deliver to Canada?
Absolutely gorgeous! I would love to own that home. Wow very very nice!!? Fantastic.
Can the window to the right of the peninsula be eliminated in order to extend the kitchen further? There's currently no room for a dishwasher, which I would want.
Looks very modern and livable. i really like the styling.
I love it! ❤️ Especially the dropped floor for more head space in the loft. How much? 🤔
Nice contemporary yet nature driven exterior. Well done. I’m a white trim fan for interior but that just personal preference.
I Absolutely Love this home. Gorgeous!
Hello lindy how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
I would add the solar powered motion detection lights to the outside. That would be great if you live on land where you don't have a traditional home setup with lights.
What's the starting price of this specific model?
This is classy, roomy and has a welcoming feel. Can the roof over the loft-or the entire roof-be elevated a bit more?
The inside looks so incredibly narrow although I love the way it’s designed
Hello Dawn how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
Beautiful!! Doesn't look tiny at all!!
What is the PRICE! So annoying that you keep it a secret!,
Love this model - best one I've seen yet! However - I would like a bathtub - hope that's an option.
Agreed! I think it would have looked great with it as well.
Hello 👋
YOURE RIGHT & CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT THE GROUT BEINGBWHITE VS GREY.
Excellent layout! Really love the color scheme! ❤️
Thank you Julie!
That is beautiful and way better looking than my current living situation.
WOW, THAT EXTERIOR COLOR IS GREAT LOOKING
Just love this layout, but boy am I tired of grey!
Me too. It’s boring. To me it shows lack of imagination in design.
Not a fan of ALL choices but I know it will appeal to many people.. I think the window quality and exterior vinyl tone.
Beautiful, Modern, Practical!!!I Love it!!!🌟🎶🌟🎶🕊🎶🇺🇲🎶🌟Thank You for sharing!!!
I also am excited about the blinds🎉
The loft with the frog ceiling is amazing!!!
BEAUTIFUL HOME!
Everything is so amazing & beautiful colors design
In the loft rea you can set up a nice little office, your computer, et.c A perfect place to study and read.
i love this model, i could live very comfortable
This is absolutely fantastic and perfect. Good job!!❤❤
The new 2023 🗽 🗽 is Awsome !!! Are those smaller 4 wheels better ? So innovative n very cool..
It's very Beautiful although I'm not too crazy on the dark stone Grey inside . A lighter shade would be my preference but it is sharp
First tiny hone lay out that I love
One thing missing in a lot of these times is a floor to ceiling pantry to store food for people who cook and shop at places like Costco. I have seen a nice pantry by a few other builders so I know it can be done and work very well. I would not buy a tiny without a pantry. Also no place to hang garments in loft.. They black Anderson window with blinds are great and I like the stairs next to the wall. Seems like it takes up less space. Would be nice to come with solar. Maybe in the future you will do that.
I love the kitchen idea 😍😍😍😍🏡🏡🏡👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Definitely take out the second door . Need the washer and dryer. I would love to see this in a 16 foot wide
I love the Park Models!
Thank you!
I love the lay out on this trailer it’s really great just the way it is that way
Love it..Id sleep in the loft storage and make the Bedroom my work office...
Love the loft and the back door, but do you have to forgo a washer/drier if you have a back door? I didn't see one.
Grey overload! Love the design but would def have to repaint.
I am grateful for the tour. I send a smile from Canada.
Thank you!
