Brilliant design! The sad thing is Tiny Home Living is now a trend and the wealthy people are buying them to be hip and cool - for a weekend place. While the rest of us struggle to buy a home with the cost of living and a piece of land. You did a fabulous job with storage in the kitchen and bath - love all the windows
So you’re jealous. Why exactly is that a problem? It means facilities and tiny home communities will have better facilities. Maybe even high speed internet, city sewer.
Hey Y'all! ❤️ Hope you & Arthur are well! Your house is still one of the most popular online - we get lots of calls to "build one almost exactly like this one!" Heaps of love to you both! ❤️ P & C
Finally a builder that mimics the 5th wheel camper lay out. This is almost as big as my 5th wheel minus the slide outs. Great design. Never really understand who in their right minds want to crawl around in their bedroom. Main floor bedroom is the way to go. Beautiful home.
Lovely.....would change the living room to the bedroom, take one window away.......open up the downstairs bedroom to the open plan living room, dining and kitchen. For me the middle only kitchen area without a fixed sitting or dining area is to small. Everything else I love ....
It looks nice. But I didn't think that they needed the extra big windows by the sink and refrigerator side. That could've been a wall for cabinets and extra storage.
Super cool tiny home, but if it was up to me id rather walk into the main living with the kitchen to the left and the bedroom to the right upstairs. The bathroom is in a comfortable place as is. Hopefully one day soon i'll be apart of the tiny home community, its my dream.
Beautiful home. I’d switch the bedroom and living room. Living room on gooseneck doesn’t make sense. And it has way too many windows. I like my privacy and would feel safer with less windows.
This is again one of the best floor plan, loved the master bed in bottom level and the loft storage above, I'd have excluded the another loft and make the living room bigger with the sectional that pulls out into another bed for guest and make it one bigger space. Loved the bathroom that's the highlight of this one (entire black). I'd have asked for just one extra powder room only toilet if I'm sharing this home with someone or entertain guest more often. But overall great job, kudos 👏
Another great one... I really like that extra storage loft above the main bedroom... and keeping the floor space shorter so you could still allow for a vaulted ceiling area in the bedroom.. The built in cabinetry everywhere is a great touch.. the option to make it a guest room when needed is a bonus... the windows are awesome! Happy New Year! xoxo Randolph
Nice home but I’d prefer to have my bedroom upstairs and living room/office downstairs. I also feel like the home needs a mud room when you enter so there’s a place to put coats, shoes, etc. That shower is superb! Your homes are beautiful!
That is a beautiful house love everything about it love the black on top the office part if it was my hose I would put a sofa bed and take a nap up there those windows omg I will put the house in a forest by a lake awwwwww nice ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Cost it'll probably be over 100k!!!😢😢😮😮😢😮 Since they're making there own panels in house now, don't know why it would be though... If you DYI'd it, you'd spend probably 35k
By far, my absolute favorite home that you all have done so far! I absolutely love it! Probably because I am more of a contemporary girl. I will be reaching out to you in a few months when I'm ready for mine.
Beautiful tiny home.. We as humans do not need much space to live a comfortable life. The idea to have so much stuff is not a way to live a good stress free life
I am spanish so I wil try my best to explain myself properly. I love all your tiny homes but in this I will change several things. I think It is a better distribution to put the bedroom in the living area do the bathroom and a closet loft is next to It. I also think that the kitchen counter space is insufficient and not funtional having plenty space in the bathroom and unnecessary big cabinets in the bedroom existing the other loft. I love the idea of having two rooms where you can stand anyway. I perhaps will make a smaller room instead of the bedroom to win space for the kitchen and dining area as an office. If I left the distribution as It is because I need a more separate office I would take space from the bathroom and the bedroom to give it to the kitchen and diningroom and will try to put a living/tv area at the loft up the bedroom. I would like light but smaller windows, i dont like the one above the sink because a divider hits right on the middle interfiring the views and takes away space from cabinets or shelves.
I love this model & design. For me, I'm thinking to flip the bedroom with the upstairs livingroom so its all on the main level. Remove the wall between the crawl in closet to extend the space for a larger "bedroom". Also, can you attach an attic ladder to access the loft area? That way it is completely out if sight when not in use. Are these customized request possible? Thanks

Hi! Thank you for the great new video. That is a beautiful home! But, it does not appear to be made for full-time living. What I mean by that is there is huge waste of useable space all over this house. The kitchen could be a bit smaller, enough to add some central seating. The area above the master bed, behind the storage loft, is completely useless. And there could be more built in storage in the office section. This home appears to be made as a luxury vacation home.
Where/how did the seamless stainless top and integrated sink(and range?) come from? Is that something that is custom fabricated or did you modify a stock stainless sink/drain-board?
BEAUTIFUL, and very well thought out. Though, must be meant for a warm climate, as there is no good place to put coats/ boots/ hats/gloves/scarves/ umbrellas, etc. - especially if they're damp, when you come in the door. Other than that, VERY livable -- LOVE all the windows (if it is to be parked - otherwise, how to protect all of that glass on the road?). Thanks for showing us. Cheers!
Personally I still think they should include the pricing, I think it's sneaky. Love the home it was perfect just perfect. Id love a nice soaking tub and a separate washer and dryer.
Current pricing is listed very clearly on our website. We do soaking tubs in about 1/2 of our homes & side by side washer/dryer is a common request that we can incorporate into your design. Thanks for watching!
Love the layout, it's one of the best I have ever seen. I have just two questions; 1. How does it travel with those big beautiful windows? 2. Scared to ask but how much does it cost?
Love the layout but agree w many...too many oversized windows. I did notice on the exterior...you can see cross ridges under the metal which doesn't look good at all...metal should be completely flat...not have/show ridges of the wall cross timbers beneath it.
Pricing is listed on our website so the most current numbers are always available there. The video description gives instructions for figuring up the price with the gooseneck upgrade. Thanks for watching!
For goodness sakes. Please just give out the price for this home. I do not want to have to go through the plans and build process. Makes me feel silly for clicking.
@@IndigoRiverTinyHomesprice is NOT there for this one as it is. Your calculations site to design your own. Like a lot of the tiny homes I don't care for the stove plastered against the wall I don't care for a non- cabinet kitchen. I need storage so that would be a deal-breaker for me without seeing the rest of the home
No living area for a couple who dont go out to work. No room to sit and read unless you invade where the person may be working in the "gooseneck". Just not c9mfortable for 2 older adults needing say 2 recliners . And my thought for all the beautiful big windows was hard to heat in Canadian cold winters.
Nice job one day when its the right time im going to have a company build me a nice tiny home . What would the person payed for this particular package , please my guess is 130,000$

Yassss! I’m saving every dime to own one to live on family property
Agreed!! I guess the rest of us can hold out till the trend ends & then we'll be able to buy a great used one at an affordable price. Lol.
There are still plenty of tiny affordable houses on the market too
So you’re jealous. Why exactly is that a problem? It means facilities and tiny home communities will have better facilities. Maybe even high speed internet, city sewer.
U are so right!!😢
We have lived in our house full time for three years now and love it more and more everyday!!! Wouldnt change a thing. Thank you Indigo river

Very very nice layout, super functional, great use of zones if a couple wanted to get some privacy and not live on top of each other.
It looks nice. But I didn't think that they needed the extra big windows by the sink and refrigerator side. That could've been a wall for cabinets and extra storage.
This home looks super comfortable for a single person or a married couple without kids. Loved how they have the living room set up. Great video guys🤗

This is absolutely spectacular!! I love the brilliant use of space with all of the pull outs and storage areas.
Considering the windows alone the final resting place must be as outstanding as the quality of another Indigo River built home.
Very very nice.
Such a beautiful and functional home!!! I love the storage areas the most including the t.v add on to the ceiling to save space..💖
superb, great job, will surely consider this one in the near future, very practical and nicely designed. love it. Thanks highly
I love this tiny home and i'm ready to move in. I have a four bedroom and this is for me, love it.

Yes.

The homeowners live in it full time and still love their home. This is why we build custom - so everyone can order exactly what they want!
Is it possible to go longer in the living room? Also a stackable washer and dryer? Love this look.
Yes up to 44’ long. We are a totally custom builder so we can prioritize your stackable W/D in the design!
Could totally be a 3 BEDROOM !!! Using the storage loft and closet loft as kids rooms ! That'd be a GREAT way to market it.
Lots of changes need to be made

Might need a wider-angle lens for the next video.
I’d rather have the bedrooms up the stairs and the living room where the bedroom is.
We are a custom builder so you can order exactly what you want!
They never give one a price range.
May I suggest a wireless mic? They cost less than $20 and will improve the quality of your videos especially when you’re outside.
Sorry for the background noise, building is noisy business!
We have a wireless mic now - this is an old video.
I love that tiny house it is Amazing.
How much is this tiny house, I would love to have one like it. ❤❤❤
Check the video description. Thanks for watching!
What is the price for the 39 ft gooseneck I would make a few changes to it
Pricing is listed on our website so the most current numbers are always available there. The video description gives instructions for figuring up the price with the gooseneck upgrade.
Thanks for watching!
Is it 39 with the overhang of the gooseneck? And then what is the length of the room in the gooseneck? Thanks . Really nice.
Yes 39’ including the goose. I think that house had 8’ in the living room.
Is it possible do build this at 10 foot wide? That would really unlock this layout.
Yes. We are a totally custom builder.
WOW at this one... definitely love the modern look and layout design/materials! Want this! what's the total?

where is the microwave, the last home didn’t have one either. It’s a must with children over the age of 10. Is it a washer/dryer combo?
yes W/D combo unit. About 1/2 of our customers don't want microwaves for health reasons. (Radiation)

all Peter can remember is that it was name brand - lol - we built that house a long time ago.

10 feet wide is the widest we build. Maximum 399 ft.² to qualify as a tiny home.
how much the house?
