Back in Kerala growing up, people had no idea how long to boil eggs. They would boil boil and boil till the egg is just nasty with the sulfur smell and grey tint around the yolk. Finally thank you to You tube, I finally found out how to make perfectly boiled eggs. Exactly 8 minutes of gentle boiling gets me delicious eggs every time. 4 minutes will give creamy egg yolk. Veena I will definitely try your Neer dosa and egg roast. Will surprise my wife one of this weekends.
Thank you, Veena chechi. I liked the addition of the optional ingredient--sugar. It works to balance the acidity of the tomato, and cuts the spiciness. Perhaps sugar can be part of the main ingredients. Super recipe. I will recommend to others.

Try boiled eggs for 7 minutes. You will get a soft and tasty inside
