Ingredients
Soya Chunks -100gm
Onion-4medium
Green chilli-2
Curry leaves-
Kashmiri chilli powder-1tsp
Chilli powder-1/2tsp
Coriander Powder-1tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Garam Masala-1/2tsp
Crushed pepper-1/2tsp
Ginger Garlic crushed-1tbsp
Coconut Oil-3tbsp
Tomato-1
Salt-
Water-1/4cup
Method
Soak soya in hot water for 20 minutes.
Then wash well two three times .
Squeeze the water and cook in a cooker along with turmeric powder ,chilli powder ,water and salt .
One whistle ..Then open the cooker and keep aside ..
Now heat a kadai add coconut oil .
To that add ginger garlic along with curry leaves ..
Saute for 2 minutes then add onions and salt ..
Saute till the onion become brown shade.
Now add all powders and saute till the raw smell goes ..
Now add tomato and mix..
Close the kadai and cook ..
Then add cooked soya and mix well ..
Add crushed pepper and lots of curry leaves ..
Roast till all the water goes ..
Now tasty soya dry fry is ready to serve ..
