This is why I love social media, where it takes you to another continent &villagers to see culinary geniuses without gadgets, music, or endless talking.. i certainly relates to this aroma from my upbringing in ethiopia, where spices are not only a daily routine also used as anti oxidants. We do have centurie old dishes in the highlands surrounded with organic herbs, ancient method of farming to produce spices by indigenous Christian Amharas. I enjoyed watching this lovely lady with all her attire brought so many memories of my childhood where our precious women on Open fire, Clay pots then sauté the shallots garlic, ginger, cardomon, black cumin, cloves, cinnamon tumeric, sea salt, red crushed chilli🌶.the lists go on. THANK YOU! I sure will subscribe for your next vibrant dish.
