DHT blockers mentioned at 4:18
1. Saw palmetto
2. Pumpkin seeds
3. Stinging nettle
Thank you!
@@debraraby4376 You're welcome 😊
Women can use saw palmetto? Is this not meant for men?
You’re the best❤
My favorite shampoo is Melanin African Black Soap.
Yeees, the very first time u use it u see a difference..I won't use anything else!
Her hair products at this time are the only thing that does not inflame my scalp
The first DHT Blocker she mentioned was Saw Palmetto. Everyone and y'all's family always stay blessed and healthy ✝️🙏🛐🕊️. Have a blessed joyous weekend.
Thank you and same to you!🙏🏽💃🏽
Melanin African Black Soap Shampoo is EVERYTHING!🤎
My favorite shampoo is from Miche. I especially love their deep conditioner. VERY moisturizing.
This channel is so therapeutic
I love your videos, they're so short but filled with good information. And you are such a beautiful person. Thanks for the info.
This is so educational and informative. Thank you!!
I use peppermint and rosemary in my d.i.y mixes. Going to pick up some pumpkin seeds, they're good for overall health, Avocados as well. I started using Aussie because of your recommendation., i my hair likes it!!!!!! You always present helpful & informative Hair content!!!🧡
My favorite shampoo is by Henna Sooq. It is called Ziztyhus Hair Wash. It gently exfoliate your scalp, while it strengthens, and adds volumn to your hair. I also use the Ziztyhus hair mask she sells.
I LOVE Creme of Nature's sulfate free moisturizing shampoo, also ORS Olive clarifying shampoo. My two go-to shampoos. ❤
Happy Friday ❤❤❤
Thank you 🦋😘

My favorite shampoo is Formulate created for each person based on hair goals
Hi Tonya I’m currently using a Carols daughter shampoo that has dimethicone I only use it for the second wash to lightly detangle my hair, I am currently loving it . Don’t have a silicone issue just worried about it being in a shampoo .
My fave shampoos are Eden Bodyworks Papaya Castor Scalp Cleanser and Pantene Moisture Boost Rose Water Shampoo. Both gently but thoroughly clean my sensitive scalp and without drying out or tangling my hair.
Very informative! Can’t wait for our one on one consultation!!
Yess! Looking forward to it! :-)
I use Shea Moisture Deep moisturizing shampoo. or Melanin Reviving Shampoo as a clarifying shampoo. Very informative and to the point video . Thanks
I am loving innersense shampoo!
Camille Rose Castor and Chebe shampoo!! The GOAT!
I'm currently using Decca Plus shampoo and Cream of Nature with argan oil shampoo. They are fabulous! 😊
I love K18 detox shampoo. Literally the best shampoo I've ever tried! It cleans my hair and scalp very effectively (removing all buildup) without leaving it stripped
My current shampoo is Doo Gro Tingling Shampoo. I want to try out the Suave shampoos though.
I love the Camille Rose ginger cleansing rinse. It's a very effective shampoo that doesn't strip the hair at all, but leaves my scalp clean. Mielle also makes a nice anti-shedding Sea Moss shampoo that has saw palmetto in it. I find it worked to stop my hair from shedding after I used Curlsmith products, which really make my hair shed a lot!
I like my Camilla rose deep conditioner. It’s a bit pricey though.
Hola!! Thanks for sharing this informative video,! My favorite shampoo at this moment is African Black soap & Onion shampoo. God bless 🙏🏾🥰🌺
Do you make this shampoo yourself? 🥰
@@naturallenatty8199 yes I do!! I learned it on you tube!!🙏🏾
Hi! Very informative video and I have a question about using raw ingredients (aloe vera leaves and ginger) to infuse in oil for cosmetic products. Do I need to add a preservative to raw aloe and ginger that is emersed in oil? Or If heat the oil to speed up the infusion, will I need a preservative? Thank you!
Thanks Tonya, my doughter and I use Royal Blue shapoo and conditioner by heads Shoulders . It is the only shampoo that really works for afro kinki hair .
How often should you oil your hair?
Thanks for sharing this.
With regards to shampoos i always find hey leave my scalp dry and scratchy even SLS free types. Dont seem to get that when i use a clay wash. So if anyone can recommend a scalp friendly shampoo im all ears. And ill probably look into herbal alternatives.

Does hair growth tend to slow down with age?
Yes, it can! However, the hair growth tips mentioned in this video can help combat that.
I’m almost 60 and my hair still grows fast if I I keep on top of my nutrients and hair care. I take MSM occasionally, that helps as well.
There's a exogen phase as well 🙂
What that mean Girl 🤔
True and its barely talked about
@@2009juicyfruit Copied from google:
The exogen, or hair shedding, phase is the final phase of the hair growth cycle. During this phase, between 50 and 150 hairs fall out every day
Please Maa I want to launch my own hair care business but I don't know what to do. Please I need your help

raw sugar grow pro shampoo.
Did you really say small pond metal as the first DHT blocker you listed (before you mentioned pumpkinseed oil)? That's what the subtitles/ transcript says. You were talking so fast even when I skipped back a few times I still couldn't figure out exactly what you were saying.
Love your informative videos and haven't had any occasions before when I didn't catch what you said. However I often skip back to listen again (if not rewatch the entire video) as I find your speed of talking can result in the information not seeming to sink in/ be retained.
Have you ever thought of slowing down your speech a little to make it easier to retain all the useful things you teach us? Would be easier for those for whom English is a second language and as anyone's with hearing impairment. Please don't misunderstand, I mean it as constructive feedback, I really do love your channel.
She said 'saw palmetto' it's an herb. If you wish, you can always go to settings, and adjust the speed of the video. You can slow the video speed if you find she's going too fast for you to follow. 👍I however, appreciate the fast paced short videos that are chocked full with information. 😅
@@pragooutube People can follow and take on board more if hear someone speaking at a natural pace, and having the natural pauses to breathe at normal intervals too. It wouldn't add much to the length of the videos to speak at a natural pace for a narrative/ a speaker. I don't usually have a problem understanding, but others might. I just wouldn't have to listen again sometimes to cement what I just learnt if at normal speech pace. Reckon it would sound weird to try and slow it down and would be a nuisance to have to do just for one video in your queue, then change it back immediately. It's only a minor thing but thought it might help her channel get more viewers and subscribers to talk a bit slower and not at quite such a rushed pace. She certainly deserves to have lots more of them.
@@DeepThought42 You may be right. But I guess it's not such a nuisance for me to adjust the speed of one video and then adjust it back. I do that fairly often when a video is too long or the person talks too slowly for my liking, I speed it up. But I never reduced the speed of a video, so I can't say if it might sound weird or not. It was just a suggestion though, for your ease of hearing.
I think she speaks at a good pace
