Great video! It’s also important to note and inform your followers that not all healthcare insurance plans DO NOT cover a micronutrient panel without the MD requesting it with the appropriate diagnostic codes. I recommend request the Primary to do work up of labs using alopecia as the diagnosis. That “should” provide a diagnostic code that the health insurance will accept to cover the cost of the labs minus any copays that may apply.❤

Just want to share that I truly enjoy informative presentations from this wonderful channel as always 🙂. In regards to those who are advancing in the stages and ages of life - please stay away from dairy as much as possible and look for non-dairy alternatives (almond milk, non-dairy sour cream, non-dairy ice cream, etc.). I thank God for this revelation and pray that it will help others as it has helped me. Lastly, vegetables such as cucumbers, carrots, and celery (which I named the three Cs) make a world of difference in the hair as well as overall health.

OMG the video I needed. I recently experienced two very traumatic incidents and I noticed that shortly after the second, which was a true fear experience, I started losing hair in one particular spot (just above the right temple area). My hair has thinned out ridiculously in that spot and it is visibly noticeable in comparison to the left side in the same area. I only keep my hair in medium to large box braids, three strand to start and then to two strand twist, with no tension whatsoever on my scalp. It makes me a bit sad, because my hair has been thriving and thickening.

    • @CurlyChemistry

I understand that there are Aryuvedic herbs that really help follicles to recover and begin producing healthy hair. I’m aware of onion juice (I’ve heard really good things have happened with the application of onion juice to thinning areas or complete hair loss areas), Fenugreek and Amla may be worth looking into but there could be others. Hang in there!! ❤️

Thank you so much you just answered some questions that my physician, male physician, could not answer a couple of days ago and one of those questions was is there a natural way to balance my hormones since I have alopecia and he says the body just does that normally and I'm thinking what? Why do so many women suffer with hot flashes and can barely function. The hormones have to be balanced. I also asked who should I go to to find out what supplements would be beneficial for me and who could tell me whether or not I have selected the wrong ones and perhaps I'm taking too much or too little of something and he said maybe a homeopathic doctor. I selected him because I was told he knew about those types of things and I like the more natural approach. This is at least a start for me. Thanks again! :-)

Check the type of water that's being used in that country as well as you may need a water filter and of course you know that you have to do more moisturization treatments such as the moisturizing deep conditioners and maybe you need to change how you moisturize your hair with oils and creams you may need something thicker if you choose to wear your hair out. A cold climate would be ideal for me because then I wouldn't have to deal with the frizz and the puffiness due to humidity
