- This week we are in Columbus, Ohio with Obi, the owner of Xpress Elite Chauffeurs, who went from driving for Uber to owning his own fleet of vehicles. After scaling up to over $350K in annual revenue he finds himself paying hundreds of dollars for inconsistent leads. With missed calls pilling as the owner finds himself trapped behind the wheel for up to 18 hours a day! How can we stop bleeding cash to find new leads, build a profitable fleet, and scale this company up to become a national franchise?

Obi seems like a really nice guy with a great idea. I wish him all the best going forwards!
The hight differnce is real!😂😂
Obi will learn what Mike needs him to learn, he is a humble and calm man
Man what am I doing cutting grass in 100° weather when I could just drive an Escalade around 😂
I think it depends on the market. My guess theres alot of competition in major cities.
Fun fact: “throw the baby out with the bath water” term comes from a time when the whole family would bathe in the same tub. Father, mother, down to youngest child lastly. The water would be so dirty you had to double check before dumping it that the baby was out!
He needs to get to know his clients their birthday wife’s name and birthday kids what is their favorite drink coffee what kind coke what kind and have that for them when they are picked up send birthday cards what they like to eat and know a restaurant that serves that keep up the good work Mike love the videos

Loving the Cleveland content! 🤩
Get a small cooler with ice for the beverages,,sparkling water is good too
Thanks for the episode this week. I really appreciate the hard work and effort you and your company are putting into this series. 👍🏻
Obi really has a nice idea. Doubling down on existing customers and getting them back in the door is a great way to go. B2B will definitely get the business past the wilderness faster and open more doors to more opportunities. Keep up the good work, the sky is the starting point.
Great one OBie seems like a real one !
I miss my Taxi Business, it died when uber came to town. I refuse to work for Uber prices.

I know but It was time to move…. If you notice I was working out of my apartment complex where I started the business. My neighbor love me but it was getting a bit crazy with sometimes having to 6-10 vehicles as we grew.
