    Looking for a tutorial video to change out my pads and this is the best video I’ve found on RUclips. Very simple and straight forward. Thank you!

    You don’t need a special tool just get a 3/8 extension fits in the center of the piston perfectly. And ratchet down the piston

    Question did a lot of brake fluid come out once you compressed the caliber and opened the cap?

    • @databug88
      @databug88  2 года назад +1

      No there should be No brake fluid leaks. the brake fluid should return to reservoir. If you talking about the reservoir cap i did not have any flow out of the open cap.

    Well done!
    Quick question how often do I bleed the brakes, does it go together when replacing the brake pads?

    • @databug88
      @databug88  2 года назад

      Typically the honda brake fluid change interval is 3 years regardless of miles. If you asking do you need to just bleed the brakes its not normally done with change of pads unless you feel there may be air in brake lines.

    How do you know when the cross is compressed ?

    • @databug88
      @databug88  3 года назад +3

      When you rotate clockwise it will bring cross compress down you keep rotating till it can’t go no more that’s when cross is all way down recessed. You will see this.
