That Kevin fella sure is a hard working son of a gun. It's a pleasure to watch him work while the boss talks all the time.
😂 plus he’s in charge of special effects - insert ‘vroom’ ‘vroom’ sound now!
She’s gonna be a puller for sure! Nice job as always. It’s good to see people who can problem solve and put out quality work.
She's coming together! Looking good Clint! You and Kev are making the ol Superduty prim and proper once more!
Finally someone has built a true power stroke and not a Ford either but an International. One heck of an engine with plenty of torque
Yep
Thanks for all the content and helping out Captain Kleeman on the backhoe delivery, you guys are awesome!!!
Ditto
Thanks
Great Video Clint, you and Kevin work well together, can't wait to hear it run.
lol..."I'm worried the trans aint gonna fit"...Kevin - "it'll fit, not my truck"
It’s amazing how well it all fits together. It’s almost like Ferd actually built them that way in the factory.
Now for a couple more whacks at that horse. Motor mounts hold the engine in place. 😉😉
Awesome build guys. Can't wait to see it finished.
Whoever heard of fast lifts? I think they are awesome because of the mobility 😀
Nice build hope it all works like it has so far. Nice of you to help out Captain with the 555
nice adaptation.. this is really fun to watch.
Enjoyed your captain trip
Thanks
That is beautiful Job you and your crew did!
Oh no .... not yeah but "HELL YEAH"😲!
YoooHooo Boy .that's a sweet motor.😉
.
thanks for helping out the Cap'n
No problem
Glad to see the truck coming together . Her's a couple of interesting things about these trucks , If your looking to ditch the stock 16'' rims , I find the 235/85/16 when you have it loaded down have alot of sidewall flex in them , kind of feels like the rear end sways around going down the road , anyway , Chevy 3500HD 19.5 rims are the same bolt pattern , they just need the center hole opened up a bit , 2nd a Ford 6.0 diesel plastic fan is a direct bolt in and is supposed to pull in more cfm's than the stock steel fan , 3rd if you need to replace the boat anchor starter a ford 6.7 or 6.0 gear reduction starter will work and spin the engine over alot faster .
Yep
Thanks
Great video.
Been waiting on this one
You're such a team of mechanical geniuses that looks like a lot of fun and thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching
Ok do this for the wife: painting it her favorite color. No mater what!
Gonna be a Hoss !!! I'm jelly
Great video guys. I look forward to hearing it run.
I’m overjoyed to see someone creating another manual transmission truck.
😁
Awesome job Guys. Fire N The Hole
Great live show thanks guys!!
Thanks for watching
Looking good boys, like it
You guys have more fun than any tallented mechanics that I know of. It is a pleasure to watch you in action.
Thanks
Looking awsome so far can't wait kto hear it run.
Truck is looking good 👍,
That's gonna be a bad ass truck.
Thank you for what you did for Captain Kleeman with the backhoe he will get a lot of use out of that backhoe. Giraffe tools sent Mrs Dirt Perfect a pressure washer too.
Awesome work you do sir
I love this truck.... Awesome 👍
I love the way Kevin fetched his back saver chair and Clint sat his ass down in it.😅
Dang Clinton, the shop truck will be able to pull as much as your Pete, 😲
Taking your time & doing it right. Some great progress on the new shop truck.
Coming right along thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching
Looking good guys that's going to be a great work truck
Gotta see that bad boy fire up!
Looking good
Watching you build this truck is fascinating and will will be great to see how you use it.
It's not a true work area without having a little fun. Enjoy what you do (Kevin). Lol.
Thanks 👍
Gotta love the indestructible wrist pins.
Optimism is what makes it work. If you had one more Kevin, you'd have 2 Kevin's! You guys do some fine work on everything.
Thanks
Well.....Mrs DP will be happy to know she influenced your pressure washer endorsement. It looks like a pretty handy unit.👍
That’s what she said!
Great video, Kevin's got it under control. I think your mobile lifts are great. Thanks Clinton
Love the truck build I have not seen any of this old school stuff for a while
Thanks
That truck is gonna be a show piece - gonna hate that 1st whiskey dent 👍
Looking good going to be a power house
This truck is gonna be a beast when you guys are done with it! Cheers from Ontario :)
Thanks
Boss in the shop pure gold
🙋♀️ gotta keep these boys in line. 🤦♀️😂Definitely full time job!! Thanks for watching 😉
Great job fellas, that truck and engine are a thing of beaty.
Thank you Clint and Kevin you as I have said before make an excellent team.
Thanks
You and Kevin have accomplished quite a bit kudos to both of you that's a lot of hard work and trying to figure out everything if they do fit. Can hardly wait to see the next Part 3
Thanks
Stay tuned
Most definitely!
Enjoy your channel
Gotta love the old kittys
Tight fit but looking good guys. Safe travels
Aint no hotsy that pressure washer
Looking good. I like your attention to detail. Ya'll really care about your work and it shows.
Thanks
Nice video. You and Kevin are awesome 👏
Clint that was a great video. Glad y’all got that monster in. Nothing wrong with the lift towers they are sweet !
Factory 2x4 dont have the removable tunnels
But 4x4 trucks do
I'd Camelback the factory rear springs and take a dual tire 10k trailer axle and add a little frame on very back an make that truck a tandem axle truck. Streach bed to match. Then throw a smaller side mount fuel tank on it and smoke stack it. Probably even do a custom flat texas type front bumper on that truck.
Yeah what cool buildy’all I think the bigger tank the better!
I know one thing.
Shoptruck will definitely be done before Mike Dirt Perfect's Lt. Dan dump truck.
Yumpin' Yiminy, the dumper trucker might get done the day my antique a#@ drops dead.
But I'm definitely enjoying watching your shop truck with the beast of an engine getting built.
It'll pull some heavy frieght with that bed and engine.
Lol
Thanks
Great viewing, good camera work Clint!
Nice to have Kevin's positive attitude too.
Always
Amazon sells that power washer and I like how it’s mounted . Thanks
thanks for an other great video 👍👍👌
Thanks for watching
Clinton and Kevin great video! You guys make it look easy! Thanks for sharing! Kevin
Great video Clint
Coming together nicely, looks good. I would like to be a fly on the wall when the cam isn’t rolling, I bet you and Kevin are a hoot to be around, I get the feeling that we hear comments on the back end of a previous conversations.😂. Thanks for the ride along sir.
It always a fun time
Great video Clint. Truck is really coming along.
Thanks
Just ordered my t-shirt been waiting for them now can't wait to get it, love the videos awesome job on the build.
Thanks
Clinton you and Kevin do nice work great videos that big block going to how
I used a 24 block against the block and a port-a-power to bend my floor board
Clinton looking good! Man I wish that I could be there I would love some hands on experience doing that kind of work. This is going to look mean😠🦾🦾🦾🛠👍🫵
Really enjoyed your video today. Really enjoyed watching Kevin take an ear beating by Mrs C&C lol. He turns awful red when she’s on the scene. Great video can’t wait for the next. Thanks for sharing.
Lol
Thanks for watching
Right?? Always trying to keep these 2 in line 🤦♀️🤦♀️ full time job for sure! Thanks for watching 😉
@@mrsclinton you probably do have your hands full. 😂😂
👍
Coming together. Not a lot of room for those engines. I need to replace the up pipes and my exhaust gasket (2003 Ford F350, 7.3, 4x4, 4 door, Dually). Not looking forward to that bill. But love my truck. Would love to make some of the upgrades to my engine that you have on this one. Maybe someday. Thanks for sharing. Love watching this come together.
Thanks for watching
Kevin’s running boards r a beast probably lift the truck up from them lol I’m not positive but when u said let’s cut it out a tear ran down his cheek lol y’all do awesome work u definitely know your obs fords
cant wait to see this thing on alcoa's 😎
Yea
I need some 10 lug ones
Clinton u were right just as I was doing my comments before ur video was over but love ur videos keep them coming please
Ok guys, love the truck, great paint on the underbody, beautiful engine, but I think you should've took a little time and painted the engine compartment.
Nice fitment work.
In the years 1995-97 FOMCO’s engineers answer to that stock down pipe., was to smash/squish it flat on both sides… I was of the belief (like I knew more than the those Ford engineers)., in that it was a restriction issue, and might shorten the life of the turbo, or cause more heat., I have no idea if it did either, but I installed an aftermarket down pipe that eliminated that flattened spot.
I noted that the truck was very much quieter when climbing hills., no air noise inside the cab.
Great air saw work by Mr. Kevin., he’s kinda nice to have around., even with it only being part-time.. hahaha.
Great video,
Thank you sir.
Thanks
body lift fixes everything so true
Kevin, love your sense of humor, it will fit, we have lots of saw blades😉😆
You 2 make a good team, but you have a little too much fun 😁.
Bridget I hope you have a great sense of humor because you have a couple of extremely talented clowns out in the shop 🤣
Good job 👍👍
Definitely a full time job keeping track of these clowns! 🤦♀️🤦♀️ they are definitely talented but jury still out on how much work they get done 😂😂 thanks for watching 😉
Of all the videos I have seen. Yaw are the first ones to fill the heads with oil on a rebuild or after a injector swap. I often wonder why no one does it to make it start up quicker. I pump mine out ever other oil change on my 99 just to help get the old oil out.
When I replaced a transmission I'd get a couple bell housing bolts the same size as the originals, but usually about 2" longer. Long enough so I could cut off the bolt head and use them to guide and position the trans. When I got it lined up, grab the over-length bold with your ViseGrips and install the right ones.
Yep
This one slid in nicely though
Hay guys I’ve seen trucks bodies sprayed with bed liner paint it looks they look petty awesome
Yea
But if you want to ever remove it…
Make sure you weld that cross beam back on runner boards.
Candy Apple Red for the transmission.
Beers in the Fridge!! Big Digs Daddy! lol Cheers!;-)! Here we go!!;-)!! ..You guys are fun!! Cheers!;-)! Good job Lads!!
If it don't fit gran the 12 lb hammer ! run the down pipe right out the side fender like the racers do it !
Do an up pipe like Cletus did on his Ford Galaxy 500 had a 6 inch hole cut in the back of the hood and his up pipe was a 90 degree 3 inch dia. short pipe through a 6 inch stack.
Yup it’s trying to be a booger but it seems that you guys have whoop it 👍😎🇺🇸NY
you might want to used the START wires to a clutch switch
Your this far in to it making it look good put the tank under bed a lot nice looking build up under to be bed
😂👍
