so basically this works for anyone eat foods that are high in fiber for muscle recovery, eat lots of protein preferably the right amount for your weight, so like example 65kg x 2 thats your protein intake u need to consume, i dont really really track my protein or calorie intake since school gets busy. lastly if you're fat be on a caloric deficit and if your skinny be on a caloric surplus thats about it bro, best of luck king!
