the idea of a massive prison is perfect cuz batman can only stop thugs temporarily, they just wake up and fight him again so its constant fighting. asylum did this too
that's what makes it the most fun superhero game ever! a lot of games (like the Insomniac Spider-man games) have "that one part", which can be annoying when replaying the story. but Arkham City? hell nah, it's just straight non stop fun!
Arkham City is my favourite Arkham game in practically every category. it's got a fun story, fun gameplay, fun artstyle, and of course like the rest of the games, a fun charm to it.
@@mathewbarrie the only part i would say is "badly paced" or "disjointed" is at the end when right as you land from Wonder Tower after it blows up, you happen to land near a giant tv thing at the right time to have the "Joker" broadcast his little message for the end of the game. quite a big coincidence that

My favorite part of the game is the replay ability I’ve played this game so many times

@@Bugmultiversewrong the story is amazing

Batman arkham city has the best story in the arkham series in my opinion
it is my favourite - by far, but i feel like Hugo Strange kinda got sidelined for the Joker, but he's still really good in the game
How? The story is so disjointed and badly-paced.

You must have low standards then, it’s the most boring and laziest stories ever made. Plus it gets beaten out by every other Arkham game by default.
