Make a video what to use/do before, during and after microneedling. For how long you can't apply certain products on your face etc. I don't see much or any videos really going into details and i think most of us would like to know this stuff. Thank you

I had very deep frown lines from 2 straight years of chronic pain from auto-immune disease. I tried microneedling with vitamins and supplements and totally reversed the depth of them. Now, they're barely there. I was totally amazed! I never really cared about my skin much, but I have learned so much in the past 2 years. You can reverse some damage with nutrients and certain topicals. Getting collagen production going is key.

I have oily skin and large pores on the sides of my nose. I started microneedling at home with the roller (0.5mm) once a week then increased to twice a week. I notice a reduction in my pores, especially right after when my skin is more plump. I'm excited to introduce radiofrequency with it and see if I notice a decrease in oil production. My mother has normal to combo skin & I was considering getting this done for her. Micro needling (NOT derma rolling - that’s a whole other beast and can be very damaging to the skin) done by a trained professional in office=clinic with high grade sterilized equipment works well. I’ve had 3 treatments and the day of the skin is pretty red and tight feeling, like a sunburn. As long as you follow the after care advice, by the next day though it’s barely noticeable.
