I've done microneedling quite a bit in past yrs, at home. Following all the important instructions. Always sterilizing before and after. So why then is it, if what you say is true & the penetrative holes close up, leaving no scars, that I ended up over time getting what people refer to as "orange peel" skin? I've always had smooth, minimal pores skin. And since doing the microneedling with a derma roller I now have noticeable pores, which look like the aftermath of tiny needles puncturing my face. I'm now scared to use a derma roller ever again.

I'm interested, when I started wearing capri length pants, my lower legs started to get uneven spots of pigmentation, not tanning wich would have faded, and nowhere else that gets similar exposure do I look like that. If it will help, I'll get the tools and do it, I don't want to give up wearing slightly less because I live in a very hot part of Texas, and would want the exposure to daylight in any case because I'm not outdoors enough due to the brutal heat.
