@@Dr_Abs Thanks for your reply. When you say boil in water do you mean putting it in a pan of boiling water and boil for a couple of minutes or just put it in a cup of boiled water from the kettle?
I've recently been watching Dr Abs and taken onboard his advice regarding micro needling and Thiamidol (Eucerin) with SPF 50 daily and lifestyle changes such as weight training every day and a good diet and my skin has improved a great deal within a few weeks. My pigmentation has improved dramatically with the Eucerin cream twice a day to the point that I've had a number of compliments telling me my skin looks fresh and glowing. Thank you Dr Abs :)
I did a Google search for you. There are several ways to help with vitiligo, including: Treatments Treatments can include: Topical treatments: These include creams and ointments that can restore color to small patches of skin. They can include corticosteroids or calcineurin inhibitors. Light therapy: Also called phototherapy, this treatment uses special wavelengths of light to repigment the skin. Depigmentation: This treatment removes color from dark areas of the skin to match the white patches. It's usually recommended for people with vitiligo on more than half of their bodies. Surgery: This is typically not recommended unless other treatments don't work.
@ Thank you, that was very thoughtful of you. I’ve throughly researched and not found any effective solutions. Topical treatments and light therapy have not worked. The depigmentation is not an option. I’m searching for a correction of the underlying cause, a way to reverse the autoimmune destruction of the pigmentation. Thank you again for caring enough to help. You are appreciated.
hey Doc. Can you make a VDO on which skin cares (ie retinol, Hya, vitamins, or serums) can or cannot be used after micro needling and should you wait how long after the needling to apply them? This would be a great follow up Vid. Also which is better Titanium vs stainless steel? Thanks

I find for saggy skin or flaxicity there is nothing like the electro pen…I even get as deep as to bleed my skin and even under the eyes. It’s creates insane collagen and the skin tightens very effectively
Another great video! Thanks to your interesting, intelligent and informative content, I’ve overhauled my skin care routine. Out went the moisturiser, in came the squalane. Retinol has been replaced with Tretinoin, with great and almost immediate results, and I have retired my .5mm dermaroller and bought a 1mm one. Have also just placed my first order for NMN. Thank you for your honest and sound advice! I need a rainy weekend to catch up on my ‘Watch later’ list… Dermarolling question: What needle length would you recommend for areas like back of the hands and abdomen? 🙏🏼
Protips, Niacin works just as good if not better than NMN for NAD+ for a fraction of the price, only need 60mg and it will be better than like 1000mg of NMN
In last video you said 1mm once a week. Why if i watch other videos They say 1mm every few weeks or even once a Month? They also say if you do it too often you can get opposite effect and destroy collagen
Do you like hydra facials for getting rid clogged pores? Dry brushing neck for lines and stimulate thickening skin? Cupping face for circulation and lines? Face tapping overnight to stop wrinkles forming?
I've done microneedling quite a bit in past yrs, at home. Following all the important instructions. Always sterilizing before and after. So why then is it, if what you say is true & the penetrative holes close up, leaving no scars, that I ended up over time getting what people refer to as "orange peel" skin? I've always had smooth, minimal pores skin. And since doing the microneedling with a derma roller I now have noticeable pores, which look like the aftermath of tiny needles puncturing my face. I'm now scared to use a derma roller ever again.
Did you consult with someone like myself first to create a supervised needling plan based on your individual medical history and clinical presentation?
@Dr_Abs @Dr_Abs no I did not. In my research about this I've read many complaints about the same potential adverse reaction happening to others. And, wanted to let others know that this could happen to them should they choose to use microneedling. I've read about it happening with in office treatments as well as home use.
