Drug Companies Lies: Cholesterol = Heart Disease
Many believe that cholesterol causes blocked arteries. Pharma companies spread this to no end. However, take a look to see whether this is actually true or not. Credit to Prof Kay for the original format of this video that I've rejigged for my own style.

    I have been taking 10,000IU of D3 per day for years, with 360mcg of K2 (I also eat natto). I have ordered my own private pathology and my blood calcium is perfectly within range. Although I have had nurses and doctors who say I will get vitamin D toxicity. Still waiting.

    I can attest to voluma . Everytime my immune system was run down my eye filler would swell. 13 years and I decided it's got to go. I then had hyaluronidase to desolve under tear troph it desolved half of my face. I'm deeply profoundly devastated. It's deflated my own natural tissue and HA. I look 15 years older. Please 💜 ladies don't use hyaluronidase unless your with an experience doctor...it's brutal.

    I've been severely damaged by hyaluronidase there are 1000s of women coming forward it's profoundly sad to read each story. This hyaluronidase destroyes our tissue. Why aren't more doctors speaking up about this. Will our tissues recover it seems not from what im hearing 😢There are a handful of honest doctors stepping up but more needs to be done.

    Your AMAZING it's increasingly challenging to find a trustworthy doctor nowadays Thankyou .Will this product restore our natural hylaronic acid that has been damaged by hyaluronidase . I recently had filler desolved under my eye area sadly within 48hrs i lost the elasticity, moisture, volume through out my whole entire face. Into the second week my breast tissue had shrunk It seems hyaluronidase is not only targeting the filler but spreads to our own tissue. So the million dollar question is can this product restore what hyaluronidase damaged? Is it repairable or permanently degraded. Its been 3 weeks with no improvement on all of the above i mentioned, i truly appreciate your honesty. Its the wild west out there 🙏

    Our bodies needs Fats, Cholesterol, Glucose alongside all those Oxidants or anti-oxidants like Green Vegetables etc (i am not a medical person) and people who are told that leave all Dairy Products and only stick to the KETO VEGGIE DIET are doomed to get even more sick... Everything needs to be consumed at moderate levels.... If you are fan of Dairy Products, have a proper moderate approach....Just don't go on eating Meat and Eggs 3 times a day 7 days a weeks, 30 days a month. you can have Meat 3 times a week and eggs 4 time alongside veggies and a good 30 Mins daily walk and running...

    I am not carnivore but I do eat meat every day. If I supplement D3 do I still need to take K2?

  • @TLH442
    @TLH442 5 часов назад

    Why not just get a natural source of K2 that is 90% MK7. Natto is a fermented soybean and you can get a pack of three of them for around $3 at your Asian grocery store. It has 10 times more K2 than any other natural source and taking supplements is just stupid... he claims he's not affiliated yet he's telling us we're stupid and he's claiming not to be benefiting from helping these people sell a proprietary processed vitamin. Omega-3 supplements came up in the news lately that they cause atrial fibrillation and the same with dark fish 20 years ago and nobody brought that up. If you're supplement is cod liver oil it's probably safe because it's not classified as a dark fish but the jury is still out on that. When someone tries to sell you a supplement it's processed food it isn't whole food anymore, get everything from natural source. This is what the doctors do. Their main source of income comes from giving you man-made chemicals to cure conditions that have always have side effects and you can't take the natural substances that are much more beneficial to your body because then you'd be overdosing and double dosing.

    You're getting there, I hope this helps clarify some nuances missing in your understanding of vitamin D physiology. Your vitk2 info is good. You're not right in your view of heart atherosclerosis and calcium and vitamin D. Calcium in those lesions are driven by inflammatory pathways and has nothing to do with vitamin D renal physiology. In fact, vitamin D is the immune modulatory enabling cellular apparatus, meaning, vitamin D only helps with proper immune modulation and expression. Once you’ve raised your vitamin D 25OHD3 calcidiol a prohormone, and have absorbed as much calcium as your body needs, increasing vitamin D status has no further effect. You’ve reached the absorptive plateau. Actually, vitamin D doesn’t raise calcium absorption at all - as we once used to think. Instead, what it does is enable the body to increase calcium absorption when the body needs more calcium - but has no effect when the body has enough. That’s why, once you’re up on the absorptive plateau, no further absorption occurs. Knowledgeable readers will recall that there is a derivative of vitamin D, called calcitriol 1,25OH2D3 the active hormone, which the body makes in an endocrine fashion, in minute amounts nano sec to nanosecond, to help with keeping a steady range of ionized calcium/phos in circulation at all times, when it needs to augment calcium absorption and which does indeed, increase calcium absorption directly (and essentially without limit which is why that systemic release of calcitriol is so highly regulated). If you were to administer calcitriol - sometimes referred to as active or, activated vitamin D - you would definitely increase calcium absorption, whether the body needed the calcium or not. But it’s not the native vitamin D (cholecalciferol) that’s producing this effect. Dosing with calcitriol effectively bypasses the body’s regulatory controls. The reason why normally the body does not increase calcium absorption as vitamin D intakes rise is precisely because the body reduces its production of calcitriol once calcium absorption is adequate for the body’s needs, as well PTH secretion is regulated in this feedback manner. In addition please understand the importance of distinction that all of vitamin D3 (a preprohormone) further various metabolites are solely dependent on cholecalciferol vitamin D3 and not on cholesterol, this is distinctly different than the other steroidal based hormones. Vital for enabling proper immune expression and modulation, gene transcription and translation, cell differentiation, apoptosis, vitamin D3 basically allows the instructions to be read and acted out properly for any particular cell for what it is they are supposed to do for any particular action needed, it enables actions but never forces. This is vital for healthy epigenetics. Fairly daily input of cholecalciferol is important because of its short life. It is considered a preprohormone, but really it is a nutrient. The testing metabolite for vitamin D3 is called calcidiol 25OHD3, a prohormone, is used to test vitamin D3 status, but it has distinctly different attributes, one of them is a long halflife in circulation which is evolutionarily important to help maintain a very tight range of ionized calcium and phosphorus. This is primarily controlled by calcium sensors in various tissues. Calcidiol is also highly utilized in innate immune system. 'Vitamin D in the classic sense', (cholecalciferol from UVB and/or supplements to liver calcidiol 25OHD3 systemic release, to kidney 1,25OH2D3 calcitriol systemic release), the conversion to calcitriol in kidney is PTH mediated, but that is specific to very minute amounts of calcitriol the active hormone being put out into systemic circulation. However, most of vitamin D3 is utilized in tissues not needing PTH for conversion to active hormone. It's a different class of systems called autocrine and paracrine. Whereas the classic PTH centric is called endocrine. Two very different things, with some overlapping signaling tissues. All cells can utilize either cholecalciferol or calcidiol and then convert it into the active hormone in the cell itself for its own use called autocrine and paracrine, very few are dependent on PTH that being limited to kidneys, and the very small amount of calcitriol into systemic circulation would never be enough for all the bodies needs of calcitriol, it's done via the autocrine and paracrine and not endocrine. One really wouldn't want a lot of active calcitriol hormone available in blood circulation that's why it is very very limited in the endocrine system. The key is to be replete with fairly daily intake of vitamin D3 cholecalciferol to create the midrange (125nmol/L = 50 ng/ml) and higher level of calcidiol 25OHD3. 60-80 ng/ml is a healthy range (150 - 200nmol/L). This circulating metabolite, calcidiol 25OHD3 can be in a normal range because of the long halflife, and yet one will be vitamin D3 cholecalciferol deficient. This will have deleterious long-term health expressions and epigenetic effects. Calcium, for the most part, is easily obtained by foods, see if the foods you eat are indeed providing you with at least 500mg to 800mg perday provided you get your vitamin d3 level up into past the 50ng/ml zone, with daily intake, and maintain it with daily intake, it is life long. (The high calcium recommendations of 1200- 1500 perday are because of a state vitamin d insufficiency, basically the level the guidelines keep to (50 nmol/L, 20ng/ml). Go figure. LOL The endocrine job that vitamin D calcitriol is involved in is active transport of calcium from the intestines into the serum circulation, absorption back from the kidneys and bone breakdown, as needed, it does not force it, simply taking cholecalciferol does not drive it. This endocrine regulation is driven by ionized calcium, with pth, enabled by vitamin D. It is endocrine function of vitamin D. The PTH will level off its demand as the calcium is better able to maintain when vitamin D is at a physiologically healthy range. Calcium should always be investigated with basic labs of : serum calcium, PTH parathyroid hormone, and vitamin D 25OHD3, no one of these tests can provide accuracy without also the other two. Always best to do the Basic Baseline Assessment labs for calcium/vitamin d: serum calcium, PTH parathyroid hormone, vitamin d3 25OH from the same blood draw... Most people with Primary hyperparathyroidism have great difficulty in raising their level of vitd3 from deficient/low, and/or also experience side effects of great discomfort. The raise of calcium from supplementing minimal daily or weekly etc... of vitamin D in PHPTD increases the already existing stress on a broken renal-calcium feedback loop... so many, but not all, may experience a mild elevation of their already elevated if not frank high calcium level. As a general rule, responsibly, drs should be evaluating calcium/vitamin D with those three basic tests. It's just they are not really taught to do that, and certainly it is not expected in any Standards Of Care/DRGs diagnostically related groups... unless one is in an already highly diseased state...of high calcium.. and even then... it may not be flagged because according to set guidelines... it isn't high enough by some percent over the 'high',... Why is it a focus, this Primary hypercalcemia? Because it isn't assessed properly, and often missed. Calcium cannot be assessed just by a serum calcium... it must be assessed with PTH and vitamin D 25OHD3. PTH cannot be assessed without a serum calcium and 25OHD3 25OHD3 cannot be assessed without serum calcium, and PTH Once 25OHD3 is up to above 40ng/ml (100nmol/L) then it is basically removed from that feedback loop of stresses in inappropriate calcium and PTH feedback, they (calcium and PTH are suppressive of each other), meaning a high or elevated calcium will have a low PTH, they certainly should not be hanging out midrange together, or high ranges together. PTH, like insulin, healthy means low normal numbers. Any hint of raised calcium needs those tests. www.mdpi.com/2072-6643/14/4/899 The Role of the Parent Compound Vitamin D with Respect to Metabolism and Function: Why Clinical Dose Intervals Can Affect Clinical Outcomes: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3849670/ and...
