I didn't even know this happens from too much protein. I know a big problem for myself is getting enough hydration. All my medications suck the water up. It's a horrible cycle. I’ve been taking D3 every day for at least 10 years without any K2. I’ve been diagnosed with osteoporosis at age 50. Could the D3 have contributed to my condition?

Is it just me but does he actually explain why the animal form of K2 is better than the alternative or if studies have shown this at all? Which then leads me to believe that he does have an affiliation with the Life Extension Super K product even though he says he doesn't. Then again, maybe I missed it or miscomprehended something.
