I still haven’t seen a video that shows each grain of cooked rice falling off each other after being cooked in an instant pot. It still looks quite sticky and lumpy and little mushy. Just like all the rice I’ve made in the instant pot. If anyone knows a of a RUclipsr that actually makes light fluffy rice, in an instant pot, please post it here. I love the instant pot for many of its uses but rice like my old rice cooker is not its specialty. I hope someone has it down pat. I’m trying not to buy another kitchen gadget and upset my wife. But she threw out the old rice cooker and fluffy rice seems like unattainable dream now. Unless I use the stove top like mom did.

Is that oil you used? How much?
For one cup of rice, we recommend 1 tablespoon of oil.
Thank you for asking that!
Olive oil or vegetable oil?
Yeah, the video said water twice.
Was I the only one confused on the 1 tablespoon of water for each cup of water? 😂 think they meant oil
