This was the most practical and effective training I've ever seen, it's very easy to do, and of course, a little tiring, but if you stick with it, you can get faster results! I just did it, I'm feeling victorious and strong. 💪🏻😼

Doing this workout for a week DOING THIS WORKOUT ONCE A DAY WHILE DOING 3 OTHER WORKOUTS+ DANCING TO RANDOM KPOP SONGS FOR AROUND 1-2 HOURS I know the dancing seems like a lot but i personally dont find it working out and I find it really fun to make me have motivation (i have been dancing for 1-2 hours at night since around july and i have lost some weight too! W/o doing any workouts) Day 1: ✅ pretty easy but did feel a burn MISSED: ❌ i was busy doing a project so im adding another day to make up for it (danced for around an hour and a half) Day 2: ✅ it was a little harder bc i was sore and i got a rug burn but it made me feel good! Day 3: ✅ All 4 workouts have been getting a little easier and the soreness has gone down more a lot! So far its going good and its fun! Day 4: ✅ all 4 have gotten easier and I feel like my thighs have gotten a tiny bit slimmer but not enough for ppl to notice besides me. I also added another workout just for today because I had extra time and I felt like it! Day 5: ✅ THE WORKOUTS ARE SO MUCH EASIER OMG. i love when i get to this stage and doing these things help me have more motivation so I can see my progress! I only did 4 workouts today bc after school I walked like 2 miles with my friends and so I already got a good amount today! Day 6: ✅ the workouts have been so fun and I enjoy doing them! Now that ive been doing these workouts for myself ive realized that it gives me sm more motivation and makes me feel patient for results. REMEMBER TO WORKOUT FOR URSELF AND NOT TO PLEASE OTHER PEOPLE! I will def continue to update more than a week! Day 7: ✅ DONEONEOENENENE! i have lost around 2 pounds and my stomach has gotten flatter from the ab workouts i have been doing! My thighs have def gotten slimmer and I will continue to update throughout the next week!
