I have pots, so I use a lot of salt to manage symptoms.... but I also have high blood pressure and I feel like medications aren't controlling it well enough. So I'm screwed 🤷♀️
If you put mgms instead of percentages of sodium in your cookbook I'd buy it. Nothing but frustration trying to find low sodium recipes so i know exactly how much sodium I'm getting in.
@@MealPreponFleek just made the recipes from week 6! My husband has high blood pressure but he's not going to miss salt with these recipes. I forgot to buy plain greek yogurt for the brocolli salad but for the record vanilla works! Lol. Just skipped the honey, still delicious
@@niamhperreault4844 Just have him cut all carbs, and he'll be able to process any amount of salt. And on top of that his high blood pressure will disappear. Insulin sensitivity = no hypertension.
@Jackbowl with high blood pressure you'll still need to limit your sodium intake. I did low carbs, only eating lean meats and fish with no batter and green leafy vegetables but still indulge in sodium/seasoning.I lost a lot of weight but my systolic numbers only dropped between 5 to 8 points and diastolic was between 4 to 6 points. I know everyone's body is different but it is important to not consume a lot of sodium if you have hypertension.

Do yourself a favor and eat carnivore on grass finished meats and organs instead. The dash diet will not work and it will only destroy your health.
