It's amazing seeing your children helping with the video. I'm 75 years this week a big mile stone for me and happy that my health is good. I don't eat out because I enjoy making my meals. I don't use any seeds oil for over 20 years, and feeling the benefit
of eating healthy. To say all that, I have a bad right knee from an injury which end up
effect my left knee. I had my right knee replacement surgery five years ago and doing
well and working very hard to stay away doing my left knee. Something I would like to
share, although my blood pressure has always been 120/78 or 122/80 for age. It has
become an issue in pass three years and my naturopathic doctors just figured it out.
Any time my blood pressure going up, my body is suffering great pain. To he!p my
pain is to treat my blood pressure. I'm black women my mother had high blood pressure problems for years on medicine, I didn't want that life for me. I wanted
    much better.

Marlene you posted 4 months ago .. being a dark skinned woman ..has anyone ever discussed with you tye relationship between between Vitamin D Deficiency and high Blood Pressurec. .more prevalent in Dark skinned people lack of Melanin
Most of them are unknowingly deficient in Vitamin D and Possibly Iron
Which Affects the Thyroid Gland ( health)
Which need a FULL PANEL TEST ..NOT JUST T3 & T4
A full panel has about 12 tests
      Since you see a Natural
Pathic person. The should know this but take nothing for granted be you own advocate
      You must request these test

If you have cholesterol issues, this is a good remedy.
    One cup of honey
One cup of apple cider vinegar
Five pieces of well chopped fresh garlic (cloves not bulbs!)
Mix in a blender. Place in a glass jar. Allow to sit in the refrigerator for three days. Thereafter, start taking a tablespoon a day. You will no longer have to take cholesterol medication after a while. However, do NOT stop taking medicine until your doctor tells you to do so.

First time watchin Dr. Frita. Cucumbers I usually peel because some are waxed. Persian cukes are wrapped as well as English cukes. I always slice the cukes lengthwise & then scoop out the seeds & cut them in 1/4 inch slices. Then add extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp. Per cuke & 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother usually use Bragg's & put cucumbers in container to soak overnight. Adding garlic & black pepper no salt. You can add salt or whatever spices you like. It's good with chicken, turkey, fish. Enjoyed your program.
Will keep watching & tell my friends about you. God bless you & your family.😂

I have been eating omelets with chopped kale, sauteed in butter and olive oil. After I add the egg mixture, I add turmeric, pepper, Mrs,. DASH, SOME SWISS CHEESE, AND SOMETIMES, IF I use Italian herbs, basil, and oregano, I put in very small dabs of ricotta. I love to get the edges crisped. I just read that kale is high in oxilates, which are not great for kidneys, so I don't make these often, or I substitute broccoli, for the kale. I want to experiment with sauteed red cabbage...I love the cruciferous veggies. I want to get off BP meds, and use grapefruit, and grapefruit juice, but I haven't strung that on my doctor yet. I Love and miss grapefruit, and truly want it back! Thanks for the video.

@@jeanmader2302 I take Chlorthalidone. I used to take hydrochlorothiazide, until one day in the doctor's office, she began to scold me about a rise in my blood sugar. I didn't say anything to her but I was pondering over it in my mind, because I was very low carb and high fats dedicated! That day I got my prescription refilled. I decided to read the label and dum da dum dum! It read that it will increase blood sugar!😮. That wicked doctor knew what she had done and yet, she blamed me! Imagine the shocked look 😲 on her face when I told her that she was at fault! 😡. ALWAYS read the side effects! If you don't have those problems, insist that they change your prescription! You must be your own advocate and look out for yourself!

      Green 🍵 tea, Natto,
      black seed oil
Since Natto needs an acquired taste.. healthier than chitterlings, but slimy as okra
      You could use nattokinase
From health food or vitamin stores..
      These lower blood pressure
Drink water in ounces, divided by 2.. Cool, not ice Cold water
It keeps from running to 🚽
      And not hydrating
      Drink in metal bottle

I love that she is relatable to the average person who is watching and explains it well. I have taken her tips and put them into practice. I have lost around ten pounds! I stayed away from sweets and processed foods and lowered my carb intake! I drink a cup of green tea 🍵 and put one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in it. No honey! It acts as a diuretic. Drinks lots of water!

I am so glad you are mentioning kidneys. I know the connection, and at one point, my number, is it bun? It was off a bit, so, me being curious as a cat, I began researching, and I went to the site of a man who had kidney disease, and I went on a mini kidney failure diet. I soaked potatoes, if I fried them for breakfast, but otherwise avoided them. I drank more water, never held my urine, because I was so busy, lol. My mom died due to Nephritis...Thank my curious mind for agreeing to an autopsy. Some people said, "I would never agree to an autopsy, and have my loved one cut up." How rude, and empty headed a comment. I was grateful for the info, because I was pregnant with my first child, and, at 21 yrs. old, I had more brains then they did. I owed that info to my child, in case the reason for my mom's death was genetic. I believe it was her anger, and alchoholism. But, I still protect my lkidneys, because I learned that, as we age, our numbers go to the negative. Question...aren't beets high in oxilates? If so, how can they be good for high blood pressure?

    GoodMorning 6/22/24 Sat
I'm hypertension I have medical background.
I'm on meds, I read everything before I consume, my doctor knows I will look into the extended-side effects of any prescribed meds.
If the side out weigh the benefits?? Don ain't taking it. If I do, it's within reason. I'm looking into addressing & not masking.
Thank Dr. Frita for this healthy info. Especially #7 ❤

Awesome video, thank you! I don’t recommend using the music placed into the video towards the end though, as that’s enough to raise blood pressure in itself! 😅❤
