Hi ya, my body is in constant flight/ fight,hence why I came across your channel.
I did this earlier in the day for the first time yesterday and felt much clearer and was able to tackle some tasks.
My digestion while calmer started to play up as the day went on. So after eating I chose a digestive meditation from another channel.
Today I've woken up, instead of switching off and back on, I woke up feeling like I had sleep for the first time in weeks. My digestion feels relatively normal.
My pain levels are great today compared to normal.
