Rock Junction 2024 is the first Rock Junction event we have been to and we ran Gateway to Glade Park. This trail starts in Grand Junction and winds through the Colorado National Monument then over to Glade Park. From there you start on dirt and make your way all the way over to Gateway. It is a very scenic trail with some switchbacks that will remind you of Black Bear Pass. Overall it is a great trail that we will definately be running again.
Very cool trails...only a little sketch in that one loose rock area but with spotters it's no big deal.
That looks like an awesome route. Do you have any .gpx files of this route (or name of the trails you took to get to Glade Park)? The area south of Colorado National Monument is a maze of trails.
