You put the oregano first so that it's covered in the melted cheese, this allows the heat to activate the flavors while protecting the oregano from burning first in the oven.

The logic and how it's flawed is so incomprehensibly amazing.
Second comment, side note I'm a chef. Easy budget pizza is from scratch or pre made raw dough. Work it large / thin, garlic oil it up, sauce it, top it / season with whatever you want, bake it. You can make a calzone out of the dough too, just stuff and roll it, then cut a slit along the top to ventilate it. Also, you can take mozzarella sticks, line the edges of the stretched dough with them, fold and press the dough over them, and make a stuffed crust that way. It'll cost just as much as a dominos pizza but will be larger / fresh. I started as a cook at pizza Hut in highschool, became a GM, and am now a sous chef in fine dining. Trust me, I know, dominos and the like AREN'T any better than Red Baron...all the ingredients come frozen, down to the dang cheese lol

As a prior pizza maker your instructions for the seasoning,pepperoni, and cheese were highly accurate. You season as close to the sauce as you can, you never ever stack/layer pepperoni it's nasty, too much cheese kills the flavor of the rest of the pizza.
I was lost with the pepperonis but when you brought up that explanation, it really cleared it up and I'm able to put them on the pizza now. I can now say I've been tought by the master himself.

Some life-changing lessons I‘ve learned throughout this video:
- Don‘t put too much cheese on the already topped pizza.
- Imagine a city bombardment when putting on the Peperoni.
- Don‘t bake the pizza in the regular oven, but first put another oven on top of the other oven to bake it in there.
- You don‘t need a toaster, unless for a bath.
- A pizza cutter is only useful when the knife is already dirty from the steak.

Second comment, side note I'm a chef. Easy budget pizza is from scratch or pre made raw dough. Work it large / thin, garlic oil it up, sauce it, top it / season with whatever you want, bake it. You can make a calzone out of the dough too, just stuff and roll it, then cut a slit along the top to ventilate it. Also, you can take mozzarella sticks, line the edges of the stretched dough with them, fold and press the dough over them, and make a stuffed crust that way. It'll cost just as much as a dominos pizza but will be larger / fresh. I started as a cook at pizza Hut in highschool, became a GM, and am now a sous chef in fine dining. Trust me, I know, dominos and the like AREN'T any better than Red Baron...all the ingredients come frozen, down to the dang cheese lol

As a prior pizza maker your instructions for the seasoning,pepperoni, and cheese were highly accurate. You season as close to the sauce as you can, you never ever stack/layer pepperoni it's nasty, too much cheese kills the flavor of the rest of the pizza.

As someone who has worked at a pizza establishment before, I can both confirm this is the right way to put pepperoni on pizza (8:25) and this is the correct way to cook a pizza, we always use an oven from our wheelbarrows that looks like a crock pot from goodwill
