@@tomgogal5379 Hi Tom great to hear, lol i have been think of an exaust cat back also and im still waiting for my car to arrive, but it should land here in OZ by the end of August. I agree with you on the exaust, i just want a nice tone, i happened to go visit a friend that runs a Subaru workshop and there was an STI there with the Invidia Q300 and it sounded perfect, no drone at all, cat back. I think the Cobb and MA exaust you are thinking of is a good choice also 👍

The yellow brake parts are called calipers. Order your brake parts direct from Brembo. If you replace the pads before it's needed, and your rotors haven't experienced any hard stops (Warping and heat spots) - you can just pad slap it. All four pads were only $90 TOTAL direct from Brembo.

When i bought my 2019 Sti
    BS aside,
I didn’t even test drive it.
    SALES PERSON-
“Don’t you want to test drive??
ME- “For what?? I already knew what i wanted when i came in here, i wasn’t just gonna test drive it!”
    SALES PERSON- “Your crazy”!
So when i got the keys and drove off, that was the first time ever driving an Sti or Subaru and i fell in love with it.
Two years later i don’t regret it!

Why did you trade in the first place? Wondering because I'm going back and forth between getting a new civic or new wrx (base model would only be about $5k more). I'm afraid the wrx will be too impractical, although I have short commutes without much traffic.

It was very good don't get me wrong but that 8k I wanted to be blown away. I think 100 hp is a good standard. My last car was a Mazda 3 at 155 hp making a jump of over 100 hp was a moment I said yes this is amazing. So I think when the new STI comes out if it's 100 over the WRX it's time to upgrade.
