You are a ‘wow’ girl. All the exercises are simple and I able to do it. But very effective and sweat a lot. I haven’t sweat like this before. But today I couldn’t do high intensity more than 2 reps. Then please tell me Exercise for upper abdomen. Thanks a lot girl. 😍😍👍

am a Bharathanatiyam dancer..so I do this exercise(I follow your past exercises vdo)at morning around 6 am to 7ami. and I do my Bharathanatiyam + zumba and others dance at 6pm to 7 pm..I follow this exercise past 3days..and it's really works..seriously..I loss around 500gm in 3days..not bad right???but please follow a healthy diet...avoid sugar and junk...just it.and drink min 3ltrs...I drink 4ltrs a day..soo it's really helps Me..thank you girl

Btw ruhi Rai..chloe ting workouts are really high intensity workouts..for beginners it's really very difficult to do..so in my suggestion for beginners low impact workouts are really good 👍 if she wants to loose weight really fast then she must give a shot to Chloe ting workouts..
