      My knee doesn’t pain but it makes a crackling sound whenever I bend my knees or walk by staircase. When I consulted a doctor,he said for lack of liquid. Please suggest me,what exercises can I do for it? Also I have pcod and thyroid.

    Hi Somya! App bahut sweet ho. Achhe se workout kerwate ho. Jumba classes ka hume nhi pta. Agar app iski vedio share krengi to bahut benifit hoga sabhi ko.

    You are a ‘wow’ girl. All the exercises are simple and I able to do it. But very effective and sweat a lot. I haven’t sweat like this before. But today I couldn’t do high intensity more than 2 reps. Then please tell me Exercise for upper abdomen. Thanks a lot girl. 😍😍👍

I too was very fat.. just like you . . I did it all alone watching video's and going through different diet plans...I lost around 25 kilos. .     am a Bharathanatiyam dancer..so I do this exercise(I follow your past exercises vdo)at morning around 6 am to 7ami.
    and I do my Bharathanatiyam + zumba and others dance at 6pm to 7 pm..I follow this exercise past 3days..and it's really works..seriously..I loss around 500gm in 3days..not bad right???but please follow a healthy diet...avoid sugar and junk...just it.and drink min 3ltrs...I drink 4ltrs a day..soo it's really helps Me..thank you girl

    Hi I am prathiba there is small issue in my legs doctors have told that u shouldn't take more risks ie jumping, running etc I need simple exercises but effective without running and jumping pls it's my humble request 🙏🙏

I really really really want to learn it, but on RUclips there is nothing for beginners, I mean koi bhi starting se tutorials nhi de rha... m cannot go out to learn it, I m from a small town and here is nothing to learn Zumba , mere jaisi aur kitni girls hongi jo Zumba seekhna chahti hai but source nhi hai.... so please aap se request hai k aap Zumba ki classes bhi start karo for beginners, from basics to advanced.       Btw ruhi Rai..chloe ting workouts are really high intensity workouts..for beginners it's really very difficult to do..so in my suggestion for beginners low impact workouts are really good 👍 if she wants to loose weight really fast then she must give a shot to Chloe ting workouts..

    I had a c section before four months.. And I gain weight during my pregnancy.. Most of the fat on my thighs and hip.. Plz suggest some exercise for that.
