Omg I woke up this morning and this is my 4th day of doing the workout. My parents said I look a lot slimmer and that I’ve lost weight. My mum even asked me when I was eating lunch how did you loose weight? And I was so happy. I want to thank you so much Diiiii for helping me reach my goal. I also went from size 28 to 26 since my jeans from 2016 started fitting out of no where. I love you so much 🤗❤️❤️
Divya Gupta I just ate normal food. So I skipped breakfast and had only green tea. Lunch was some sabji and dal and for dinner I had the same or I had rice and dal. I didn’t have any snacks in between but if I was hungry I drank green tea to fill me up. I was 51 kgs and now I’m 46.50.
Divya Gupta I did this diet for 3-4 weeks but I cheated a lot too. I guess if I followed it straight for 2 weeks then I would’ve lost even more weight but uea

Good video. Indians tend to have a higher body fat with same BMI compared to their western counter parts and a predisposition towards insulin resistance. There is no substitute for plain old daily exercise. There is also the fat deposition factor . Even now, though I still have another 11 kgs to go, shedding the first 5 kgs resulted in a lowered waist size from 36 to 32 which was quite dramatic :P A couple of years back, when I was at the higher end of my ideal weight range, it was down to 27. My arms though....ughh...thanks grandma -_-
