Mai v moti thi specially 8th class tak bohot jyada hi. . but tab mai realise ki that it's not the body which I've imagined for. . so i too started my weight loss journey at that time. . n i lost 12kg wt. i used to do only half n hr jogging n brisk walking + 15 mins sirf squats, high knees n jumping jack aur evening ko 1hr dance krti thi like aap jaise krte the. . n sirf 3 months mei mai 12kg lose ki thi. . but after 10th mai bahar gyi padhne n mujhe thyroid ho gya aur uske wajah se bohot weight gain ho gya aur ab mai phr se wapas moti ho gyi hu. . n now i'm preparing for some entrance exam but still after watching your vdo i think mujhe phr se apna journey start krna chahye. . Stretches can be done for warm up and cool down. Warm up stretches will have more movement, it will pump blood circulation. That is what she is doing. Cool down stretches do not have much movement. You will basically hold a position without movement for few seconds to stretch it.
