There is a three position switch that determines just how much solution the machine will put down in a given time period ,, The max position at the top is designed to absolutely fire hose down a ton of solution into a seriously dirt embedded carpet .blasting down quite a bit more then other carpet cleaners out there other then a commercial machine will put down, this and will both empty your solution tank and fill your recovery tank quite quickly , The middle position is what I use most normal cleaning , and the bottom position is for use on a very lightly soiled carpets you want to dry very quickly , a lot of people think that they need to use max for regular cleaning then get upset at just how much solution the machine is going through and how often they have to empty the recovery tank .

Finally a carpet cleaner that can easily come apart to be cleaned but even better....SOME NICE LADY MAKES A VIDEO THAT SHOWS HE HOW TO DO IT!! THANKS A BUNCH!
I pulled the trigger and purchased directly from Bissell while it was on sale ! Total cost was $305 CAD. I used to own a portable carpet cleaner but recently stopped working! I went for the upgright carpet cleaner instead . Great VIDEO! This helped me decide to purchase.
Thanks Christina. I purchased one of these last year and haven’t tried it yet. This video was so helpful because now I feel like I know exactly how to work it and I am excited to get started. That little “pee hole” part would actually be really helpful if you had a dog that had an accident. So, I could actually see it being helpful to pet owners, which I am. Take care and thanks again for this video!
The clean shot feature works amazing for stains. I use it to saturate the stain then suction up keeping the bristle part of the machine over the stain for a few seconds so it gets a good scrub. I love my Bissell!!
Yeah I thought the clean shot was redundant but it comes in handy when the kids make a mess and you don’t really wanna clean the whole area just that particular spot.

Gr8 review Chris, TY for sharing! I just bought this product! It did a vg job on the carpets. Have yet to do any furniture. But now that I seen ur vid on how to, should be a breeze. I found however the 2X is a bit heavy, way too much for my back, esp after cleaning two 8X10' rooms. It dried up nicely tho and the carpets look fluffier and def clean. As for ur couch, got a tip for u guys, try a 1/3 cup of peroxide, 1 or 2 hits of dawn and finally sprinkle baking soda, let it sit for a good 15 min! Scrub & Vacuum afterwards, this formula works wonders, will remove any stain, or odors from anything, i.e. mattress, chairs, carpets, hope this helps! Thanks again Stay safe 💖🤘✌👊
💫Just a hint regarding the dirty bucket capacity… you can actually remove the float and just vacuum normally, until the clean tank is totally depleted and you will find that the dirty tank has enough capacity to suck up the entire clean tank contents without overflowing. I have removed the float on my JetScrub and I LOVE emptying the tank half as often!!! Just a tip to make using this thing A LOT better!!!
You’re welcome!!! Just as long as you’re mindful not to reach the vacuum inlet, it’s fine!!! Just keep a close eye on the dirty water level, and you’ll get the feel of how much it can REALLY hold…and you will immediately see that it’s so much better to bring BOTH tanks to the sink instead of being interrupted randomly! You’re very welcome, happy to help!
Hubs got rid of the booklet that went with the shampooer and I was wanting to clean the furniture at my place of employment…your video was perfect help! Even better than the actual website for the machine! Thanks so much!
Thank you for your video. I am going to buy one. My concern was how to clean the brush area when I'm done. It's awesome that the cover comes right off and you can clean the brushes
I just bought one and actually plan to start up my own carpet cleaning business soon. I wonder if I can use this machine until I get my commercial products 🤔
I know that typically using a home product in a commercial setting can void the warranty. It may wear out quickly if you are using it a lot. But it might last for the short term, if you just use it long enough to invest in a commercial machine ?? I’m not sure what a used commercial machine goes for
I'm guessing you used the "max" setting, which uses far more water, hence it must be refilled much more often. The "deep clean" setting would be better for you carpet. It will still clean very well without drenching your carpet and it also dries much faster.
If yours is a current model it should have three settings. "Express clean" uses the least amount of water and most carpets dry within 1 hour. This is a good setting to maintain your carpets, or of they are not very visibly dirty.
@@TheHalloweenKing yeah the Dyson dies in like 6 mins on max! Haha Never noticed a max setting on this machine but it was also my husband using it the whole time & I was just recording & talking 😄
My roller brushes on my machine do not move at all. I though they were supposed to move over the carpet while cleaning. And I did not receive the cleaning tool with mine either. Bummer.
Yeah they should move/roll when you push the machine … 🤔 if you bought it locally I would switch it out, otherwise maybe call the manufacturer. Also you should have gotten a booklet with what’s included in your box. If it’s missing items, you may have purchased a returned item without realizing it, if things were missing. I would look into a return or exchange!
I called the customer care. Your better just taking it back. Got mine at Walmart didn’t have the box they took it back no problem after 30 days also. I’m going to try a Hoover this time from Amazon only a 30 day warranty remember!!
Did the brushrolls ruin the carpet at all as you were using the hose attachment? It bothers me that they continue to roll while the upholstery cleaner is in use.
No, we didn’t have any issues with that. But you can always move the machine around so the rollers are in a different spot every few minutes, if your concerned about it. Or even tilt the machine up slightly by leaning it on a piece of furniture, so that the rollers don’t touch your floors & I don’t think that would hurt anything
Glad to see if sucks a lot of water, I just bought a Shark Xpert at Costco and it does not suck all the water, I'm thinking of returning it and buying this one.
Thank you so much, you covered everything and for me the cleaning the machine part was what i really needed to know cause i feel the same you can’t clean with something that is dirty so i appreciate the detail lived your video!
This is the only one I have ever owned, I can only compare it to the commercial ones you rent & we felt it worked just as well so for our needs I would say 10 out of 10. It did everything we were looking for it to do.
Loved this review…Ollie’s has this model on sale and boy, do I have pets. You did an excellent job telling me how to use this..and don’t worry about that couch, after raising children and grandchildren, I KNOW how dirty furniture gets, so it was SO HELPFUL for me to see how well it cleaned. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!
I just purchased one at Target. We have a Golden Retriever and he has a doggy door so when it rains he brings in mud. Hope this cleans our bedroom carpet and Living room rug well.
I would say several hours at least. Typically when we do the whole house we finish by mid afternoon, it’s dried a lot by the time we go to bed & it’s completely dry when we wake up the next morning.
Anyone else having issues with bit of water coming down on brushes area when using the hose? Also brushes are supposed to keep running when using the hose to clean the couch? Thank you. Great video 🙌
@@alainfernandes2122 thank you! :) I think it’s normal for a little water to come out, but if it’s a lot that might be an issue. I feel like the regular rollers aren’t supposed to roll when you are using the hand tool, but I can’t remember 100% Make sure the vacuum is fully up (like locked upright)& see if that makes a difference
Sorry I missed your comment, if it is the same model as mine, it has 2 buttons that you press down (as shown in the video) If it doesn't have that, you may have a different model. Maybe check Bissell's website? (If yours is a Bissell)
I don’t have stairs in my main home (only the basement) so I have not tried it but I would use the tool that I used on the couch for the stairs :) If you have any issues with the tool, check out that portion of the video again, it worked really well for the couch!
Thank you...Very helpful...As time goes on the more you clean your Sofa .. the cleaner it will become. Same with carpet. 💖 those cleaning tools as well ❣
If the machine is all the way upright and the rollers are still going, I might would tip it up, so they aren't touching the floor, but I think they are supposed to stop, I can't remember for sure
I just purchased one from HSN as a today’s special and received it the other day. I decided today would be the day I put it together and go for it sort of speak lol but the water isn’t releasing from the machine. I followed all the directions. I’m pretty bummed 🙁
You know, I’m not really sure. I would probably actually check the recommendations from the company you got the rug from, to see what they say about cleaning it. (That might be more helpful than looking up on the carpet cleaners website)
Great review BUT sorry if this upsets you. You were over wetting the carpet if you could only get that much area done in single tank. Try this - one wet pass at normal walking speed. The two dry passes at very slow pace. One dry up and one dry downwards. It’ll get so much more gunk out.
My husband always does the carpets & was going at the same speed as he normally does with the commercial cleaners .. I’ll give him the suggestion, & see what he thinks, thanks :)
I would think, maybe just don’t fill it all the way up? I’m not sure how you would measure how much cleaner to put in. But You could use a spot treatment spray - and just spray that directly on the spot, instead of adding cleaner into the tank, that might work well also
I believe the suction is always active while it’s turned on, but the way the rollers are, it seems to work best when pulling the machine backwards. So you can’t really “vacuum” with it in the traditional sense - as it’s intended for you to be pulling the trigger (to release water) when moving forward & sucking up the water as you move in a backward motion - if that makes sense. (I get the question all the time if it can be used as a regular vacuum)
I haven’t tried that for this one, that maybe an updated model? I feel like this one releases too much water for hardwood floors & I don’t believe it has a different mode
My machine leaves small black balls of residue on the carpet! Ideally it should be sucked into the dirty water tank! I had to vaccum afterwards to clean those! What am I doing wrong?
Nothing wrong, it always does that. Especially if you have newer carpet, once you have cleaned the carpets a few times, it seems to be less. Typically though we just let it dry and then they can be picked up or vacuumed
I don’t about any of the models other than this one, but we have really enjoyed it. To my knowledge they all take a few hours for the carpet to dry, if you want it to dry the fastest possible, you can go over it with just the suction several times(rather than just once)
@@ChristinasHome Thanks for answering explanation so for the dryness how many hours maybe take for a full room carpet cleaning to dry when I can use the room dryness
you could always pre spray the love seat with oxy clean spray and the use the machine . also when its dry spray the heck out of it with scotch guard will help with it getting stains its well worth it. im gonna buy that machine i love it
The wand is what is meant to do spots, we have a pre-treatment spray that you can put on before cleaning, so I guess in that sense you can use the entire machine to pre-treat? But I'm not sure if there is anything intended to do that, other than just the spot pre-treatment sprays.
@@ChristinasHome Thanks for the fast reply, I'm done with it now. It worked much better that the hoover at the same price. As to my question - yes you can use the machine to pre-treat an area or even the entire floor. Just leave it in the upright position and elevate the scrubber base off of the carpet while dispensing the cleaning solution. But as I've seen w/ this unit and others like it, including the hoover as soon as u begin to scrub it - it's already sucking up the cleaning solution. I don't know how it is now, but the old rug doctor rental units were able to scrub while leaving the carpet wet as long as you chose to scrub, then squeeze a handle to begin sucking up the solution when you are ready to do so. It makes cleaning much more efficient. I don't know of any model on the market at this time that's capable of doing that. Thank you and I appreciate your help.
Probably true! Haha! I used to have one of those “spot cleaning” bissell machines though, back when I had a dog & I sure do miss that thing now that I have kids!
Use Zip cleaning products. HD and Big Box stors sell it. Prespot with Zep High traffic Carpet Cleaner. It works wonders. I love the way that this carpet cleaner works the extraction on it is absolutely horrible!!!! This is why I now have 2 carpet cleaners. I use this one to scrub and clean the carpets. Then use my old Hoover to actually extract the water out of the carpet. Wanted to sell the older carpet cleaner and just have one but when I realized just how wet the carpets where after using this machine. That I realized that I was going to have to be one of those weirdos that owns 2. However using the carpet cleaning product that I found at Lowe's or Home Depot, Zeps really was a game changer. Do not use the carpet shampoo that comes with your machine! It has entirely too much residue in it and it will build up on your carpets and make them filthy. Last but not least you will need to go back over your carpets and rinse them of all of the product you used. On my last and final rince I add a touch of vinegar. Leaves your carpets soft and smelling fresh. Much better than that dirty machine you're renting that the last person didn't bother to clean out. 🤢🤮
Once you get the hang of how fast or slow to go, then it shouldn’t over wet your carpets. When we first started using it, we had to go over it to “dry” it multiple times, but now we shampoo a bit faster & do the drying part (backwards motion) more slowly & have kind of just “figured out” the correct speed. So it drys in 2-4 hours & leaves carpets fluffy & fresh smelling.
Hey, not so fast, what a very nice Lady, thank you for your period of instruction, I,m the type of person who the first I do is throw the instructions away, My dad always said that, anyway, you were such a big help, now I,m ready to go to work, Thanks You, I hope joy and love stays in your home forever. BB
Thank you for this video. Because of you, I was able to assemble and disassemble this object. I didn't see you clean the machine itself (according to instructions) so, I'm not sure if I did that right...mater of fact, I know I didn't do that right because my floor got soacked in that spot, and I ended up having to clean the parts again 😣 And, the hose but, I figured that one out. But yes, you made it easy.
For the spot treatment? It comes out of the little sprayer on the side of the bottom part. For the regular carpet cleaner it comes out of the bottom piece, that you drag on the carpet as you clean.
I must say that I really appreciate this review but what I really appreciate is you showing your couch and not caring and doing it for the review. So many judgemental people out there on the internet quick to run their mouth behind the anonymity of their computer screen but I definitely understand life gets messy. Also props to your husband, he's a smart man keeping a beautiful woman like you happy!! My only criticism would be wish there was more of you and less of the carpet cleaning itself! Lol jk! 😉😊.... Great review!
Did you try the clean shot pre treatment on the wine stain. When I watched other videos, and they use that, the area of the carpet is considerably lighter/cleaner.
The stain wasn’t from wine, it was coffee (I only clarify in case it matters for the type of stain, I’ve never had a wine stain, so I’m not sure how different it is for removing) I used a pre-treatment spray, but I didn’t use the pretreatment shot - I thought that was just shooting out the same water/cleaner mix as using the regular rollers on the cleaner… do you know if it possibly releases more of the cleaner with the little spot cleaner part? I hadn’t considered that! Luckily, I was able to get up the coffee stains with a few more soaks of the pretreatment spay & using the regular settings on the carpet cleaner.
I’m not sure I’ve only used it on just ordinary mid-grade home carpet. Maybe the manufacturer will have that info on their website? Sorry I couldn’t be of more help
When you unscrew it & you are pulling it out, you have to tilt it to the side in order for it to come out, otherwise it will catch on the lip/rim of the water tank. Hope that helps!
@@ChristinasHome Mine won't move at all. I took the ring off completely. Are you supposed to leave it on? The stack is on tightly and there is a gasket right next to the connection to the tank. I don't dare go at this with a knife to try and loosen it.
@@brilliantatbreakfast I Believe the ring and the gasket are all 1 piece, so maybe it broke off? I would have to look at it, as I can't remember ..hmmm
It sounds like the suction on your machine isn’t working. Check your manual to make sure you’re not doing anything wrong, and if you didn’t forget anything, then I would say you may have gotten a lemon & need to exchange it.
Sorry I missed your comment, it may leak because the whole bottom of the machine is wet after use. Also, if you have any solution left in the tank, that can leak in storage, so if we still have clean solution when we are done, we will take the solution tank out and store it upright, until we are ready to use the machine again.

Awesome! Thank you so much for that tip! Can’t wait to try out that mixture!! :)
Oh nice! That’s a great tip! Thank you!! :)
Here’s my demonstration video ruclips.net/video/Ed4WDP98bVs/видео.html
Can you remove the float without breaking it?
@@alann5003 I’m guessing this question is for Kota (I’m personally not sure)
Salute from Palm Springs Ca 🌴 Great detailed video. Exactly what I was looking for.
Thank you! So glad you found it helpful!
Hubs got rid of the booklet that went with the shampooer and I was wanting to clean the furniture at my place of employment…your video was perfect help! Even better than the actual website for the machine! Thanks so much!
Oh awesome! I’m so glad it was helpful to you! :)
Thank you for your great Video. Bissell could not help me clean this product but you did great and i got it clean. Thank you.
You are so welcome! I’m so glad you found it helpful!
Great product review. We have this as well and I definitely agree that you always feel like you have to keep filling the bucket up LOL
Yes girl! LOL thanks for watching :))
ThankYou for up load this... I just pick up one in Great Shape but it had no instructions this help a lot
Awesome! I’m so glad you enjoyed! :)
I love my Bissell ProHeat PetPro. I like it better than my Hoover carpet cleaner. Easy to use and clean. Thanks for sharing this video! 😊
We love it too! Thank you!
Thank you! Also I haven't figured out how come water won't spray from my tool? Just bought cleaner this week. My couch is very dirty.
I heard in another review you have to prime it by running the machine over the carpet a few times first before it can come out of the spray.
Thank u for uploading the couch scene
Your welcome! I’m glad you found it helpful! :)
Looking forward to purchasing one soon. Great review! No filter added.
Thank you :)
Thank you for your video. I am going to buy one. My concern was how to clean the brush area when I'm done. It's awesome that the cover comes right off and you can clean the brushes
Isn’t that so nice? Thanks for watching!! :)
Thank you so much !!! You guys made it so easy for me to use my machine 🥰
So glad you enjoyed the video :) thank you for watching!
I’m not sure what a used commercial machine goes for
@@ChristinasHome thanks for the tip!! My plan was to use it to invest in commercial product but we'll see how it goes!
I'm guessing you used the "max" setting, which uses far more water, hence it must be refilled much more often. The "deep clean" setting would be better for you carpet. It will still clean very well without drenching your carpet and it also dries much faster.
I will have to look at that next time, thanks for the tip =)
If yours is a current model it should have three settings. "Express clean" uses the least amount of water and most carpets dry within 1 hour. This is a good setting to maintain your carpets, or of they are not very visibly dirty.
@@ChristinasHome that’s like what I did with my Dyson vacuum and the battery ran real fast. I was dumb and didn’t realize lol
@@TheHalloweenKing yeah the Dyson dies in like 6 mins on max! Haha Never noticed a max setting on this machine but it was also my husband using it the whole time & I was just recording & talking 😄
This machine worked great for me. I don’t hold the spray button down with each pass, only once over the strip unless there’s a stain.
We love ours!
Does pass through with spray button pressed mean soap is coming out??
Great Video----I overlooked the cleaning tool. Also, I like the small tank since it forces me to watch the tank .
I’m glad you enjoyed the video! Thanks for watching :)
Just bought this. Thanks for the guide on how to use it and the features 😃
You’re welcome! Glad you found it helpful :)
I used the attachment to clean my bar stools and it did an amazing job.
Oh good to know!
thanks for your honesty
Did the brushrolls ruin the carpet at all as you were using the hose attachment?
It bothers me that they continue to roll while the upholstery cleaner is in use.
No, we didn’t have any issues with that. But you can always move the machine around so the rollers are in a different spot every few minutes, if your concerned about it. Or even tilt the machine up slightly by leaning it on a piece of furniture, so that the rollers don’t touch your floors & I don’t think that would hurt anything
@@ChristinasHome Thank you. :)
@@sayhirachel you’re welcome!
Glad to see if sucks a lot of water, I just bought a Shark Xpert at Costco and it does not suck all the water, I'm thinking of returning it and buying this one.
Oh no! That’s not good! You for sure want it to suck the water back out!
Thank you so much, you covered everything and for me the cleaning the machine part was what i really needed to know cause i feel the same you can’t clean with something that is dirty so i appreciate the detail lived your video!
Thank you Kelly! I’m so glad you found the video helpful!
so, is it good? is it worth the money? please rate it out of 10
This is the only one I have ever owned, I can only compare it to the commercial ones you rent & we felt it worked just as well so for our needs I would say 10 out of 10.
Thank you so much Evelyn! I really appreciate your comment & I’m so glad you found the video helpful! :))
I just purchased one at Target. We have a Golden Retriever and he has a doggy door so when it rains he brings in mud. Hope this cleans our bedroom carpet and Living room rug well.
Oh awesome! Hope it helps out a lot with that! :)
How heavy is it ? I had the BISSELL 7700 and could barely move it
It’s probably just a little heavier than a regular vacuum
How long does the carpet take to dry and a sofa
Mine, I cannot figure out the way to remove the top cover from the roll cover. It seems to be just one unit?
Sorry I missed your comment, if it is the same model as mine, it has 2 buttons that you press down (as shown in the video) If it doesn't have that, you may have a different model. Maybe check Bissell's website? (If yours is a Bissell)
How do you shampoo the stairs, the stairs tool does not jet water out of it.

Do the brushes on the machine work even though you’re using the upholstery attachment? Is there a way to turn them off?
If the machine is all the way upright and the rollers are still going, I might would tip it up, so they aren't touching the floor, but I think they are supposed to stop, I can't remember for sure
I just purchased one from HSN as a today’s special and received it the other day. I decided today would be the day I put it together and go for it sort of speak lol but the water isn’t releasing from the machine. I followed all the directions. I’m pretty bummed 🙁
Oh no! Maybe they have a customer service line you can call?
@@ChristinasHome, yes I called them and they’re sending another one. Thank you
@@sharonh7220 oh great! I hope this one does well for you!!
Hi. Can this be used on a high fluffy area rug?
You know, I’m not really sure. I would probably actually check the recommendations from the company you got the rug from, to see what they say about cleaning it. (That might be more helpful than looking up on the carpet cleaners website)
@@ChristinasHome ok thank you, I’ll do that.
@@Tash_inBloom you’re welcome! Hopefully they can help you out!
Great review! Just bought mine on HSN for $199!
Thank you! :)
@@ChristinasHome Good answer. You have passed a test Young Skywalker.
@@metaldreams3595 😆
What is that black gunk between the head of the cleaner?
Typically dirt and hair & maybe even bits of carpet, make a black stringy looking mess any time you use a carpet cleaner
I just bought one.....Great video.. thanks very much for all the detail!
Thank you! So glad you enjoyed it!
Can i use it as just a hoover?
No, it doesn’t have a vacuum function.
@@ChristinasHome thank u❤
This totally came up as the second video when I looked up how to use this cleaner 😄😊
Yep! Haha
What if I just wanna clean 1 stain from my dog accident can I save the water that’s still in there how todo I just use partial?
I would think, maybe just don’t fill it all the way up? I’m not sure how you would measure how much cleaner to put in. But You could use a spot treatment spray - and just spray that directly on the spot, instead of adding cleaner into the tank, that might work well also
@@ChristinasHome ok thanks
Sorry i have another question. Is the suction component of the vacuum always activated or only when you are not pressing the water trigger?
Thanks
I believe the suction is always active while it’s turned on, but the way the rollers are, it seems to work best when pulling the machine backwards. So you can’t really “vacuum” with it in the traditional sense - as it’s intended for you to be pulling the trigger (to release water) when moving forward & sucking up the water as you move in a backward motion - if that makes sense. (I get the question all the time if it can be used as a regular vacuum)
Great… thank for your response.
Great… thank for your response.

Great… thank you for your response.
I hear there is a hard floor/tile insert. did it come with one and have you tried it?
I haven’t tried that for this one, that maybe an updated model? I feel like this one releases too much water for hardwood floors & I don’t believe it has a different mode
Great dirty couch shots. I need to do this to my front car seats so this helped❤
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching:)
Can you use this machine to clean the stairs ?
If they have carpet on them, yes! It’s a bit more challenging- so I prefer to just use the hand held piece, but you can use it normal if you prefer.
Do you suggest this one for me or there’s another one more strong of washing carpet and Quick dry the carpet
I don’t about any of the models other than this one, but we have really enjoyed it. To my knowledge they all take a few hours for the carpet to dry, if you want it to dry the fastest possible, you can go over it with just the suction several times(rather than just once)
@@ChristinasHome Thanks for answering explanation so for the dryness how many hours maybe take for a full room carpet cleaning to dry when I can use the room dryness
you could always pre spray the love seat with oxy clean spray and the use the machine . also when its dry spray the heck out of it with scotch guard will help with it getting stains its well worth it. im gonna buy that machine i love it
Oh great tips! Thanks Jaelyn! :))
So is the pre-treater only the little wand, or can you pre-treat with the main body floor unit as well? thanks
@@guidosarducci3047 your very welcome! Thank you for the update!
The cleanshot can be replaced with a spray bottle for spot cleaning lol
Thanks for very useful video. But I have a question How long it will take to dry the carpet .
For us it’s usually 4-6 hours
Hey, not so fast, what a very nice Lady, thank you for your period of instruction, I,m the type of person who the first I do is throw the instructions away, My dad always said that, anyway, you were such a big help, now I,m ready to go to work, Thanks You, I hope joy and love stays in your home forever.
Awesome! I’m so glad it helped you out! :))
I got one of these and it seems to clean the carpet well but the cleanshot will not turn off, any ideas? yes I pressed the button to turn it off.

Where does the water come out from when spraying the carpet?
For the spot treatment? It comes out of the little sprayer on the side of the bottom part. For the regular carpet cleaner it comes out of the bottom piece, that you drag on the carpet as you clean.
Wow thank you for the fast response.
@@JohannLemoine you’re welcome! :)

Thank you! I hope you love it!! :))
Hello, can this machine clean larger-pile carpets, or is it only suitable for short-pile carpets?
I’m not sure I’ve only used it on just ordinary mid-grade home carpet. Maybe the manufacturer will have that info on their website? Sorry I couldn’t be of more help
My float stack simply did not come out of the dirty water tank the way yours did. So now what? How do I clean it?
Will this work on hard wood too?
No, this one is just for carpets
I bought one but what happen is at the dirty tank no water at all only dust even the water tank already empty. Do I did something wrong?
It sounds like the suction on your machine isn’t working. Check your manual to make sure you’re not doing anything wrong, and if you didn’t forget anything, then I would say you may have gotten a lemon & need to exchange it.
Thank you for the video, definitely getting this one!
So glad you found it helpful :)
I have to agree: this was an awesome and exceptional review. Thanks. New sub ie! 💐🥰💕
Thank you so much :)
Is it suppose to keep leaking water when you finish cleaning the room to go to another room?
Sorry I missed your comment, it may leak because the whole bottom of the machine is wet after use. Also, if you have any solution left in the tank, that can leak in storage, so if we still have clean solution when we are done, we will take the solution tank out and store it upright, until we are ready to use the machine again.
