Great video! For another variation I use the Jimmy Dean turkey freezer sausage and make one fresh in a cup (sprayed with Pam or buttered first) then microwave for 30 seconds and stir and 30 more seconds and stir - until fully cooked. You can precook the veggies and keep in a container (I do cooked mushrooms also). Great fast lunch too.

Love this idea! We don’t eat breakfast, but when we need a quick meal this sounds GREAT! I even shared this with family members. Mason jars rarely crack. Also I have frozen broken/scrambled eggs before when prepping for camping. They always seemed fine. 🤷♀️ I may even try this with the egg and maybe a tiny bit o cream. 😋
To save cost and time, I suggest using a frozen blend of peppers and onions. If you are going to freeze it anyway, just brown the sausage, let it cool, and add the frozen vegetables and grated cheese. Or, if it is going into the refrigerator, add the frozen vegetables to the browned sausage once the sausage is nearly done browning. Let it cool and put into jars (with or without grated cheese, depending on how you want to do the cheese).
@@zwiftrogue3938 Yes, in fact I had the sausage and vegetables mix for breakfast this morning. I just added two eggs and microwaved it. It turned out great.
