- Join me for Pilates for Beginners 20 minute workout. Whether you are new to Pilates or would just like a functional and quick follow along pilates routine, this will give you a full body condtioning workout in 20 minutes. And on the days when you have time for a longer session you can pop over to PART ONE and add another layer of practice, also beginners but different exercises to give you variety and show you more ways to enjoy your pilates. ruclips.net/user/li...
Great to do daily to improve core strength, flexibility and mobility. With regular practice you will see and feel the difference in 6 weeks by adding pilates into your life three to four times a week.

Love your workouts especially the beginner ones but I have to modify some of the exercises as I have a prolapse. Could you maybe do a workout for me and other ladies with the same problem. Many thanks for all your work .

Don’t remember this session, but good and stretchy! Never sure with that “stretch arms forward, pretend there’s a ball in your lap” move if I’m stretching up and out enough, or just hunching my shoulders up…🤔 any tips on that move appreciated!😊❤

Oooo this was loverly Rachel. After chasing jk/sk at church camp I really needed this workout. The stretching at the end was so good. And I loved the music accompanying the beginning of the video ❤️

Thanks so much for another great workout, Rachel. I've been doing your beginners routines for a few months now and have definitely seen an improvement in flexibility, posture and less lower backache. Having clear playlists and timings is so helpful and your clear instructions make following the exercises easy. 😍

Great one to start the day Rachel. I struggle with weak shoulders, and find supporting body weight on one side tough but will persevere.
