It looks good and it has a decent gloss and great prep work I also understand your sign language when the spray gun was leaking and I was also impressed with the calipers direct to metal red color and clear.
Prep work always takes so much time I always find that the most time and effort goes into my prep work and results show in good prep You always go 110% . Great work
Sprayway, you could be like many channels that do an introduction, then time lapse a 20 minute vid and show a finished product, and we go away not learning anything. You really deserve a huge thank you, for sharing your talent while blessing us with knowledge. Any man can talk but it's a gift to teach. Thanks again. Stay safe brother and be excellent.
When I do wheels I use flash card or index cards once I used business cards but they work great an way faster, just stick them between the tire an rim then back mask with paper an tape, takes about 5 mins per wheel.. try it! you will be happy you did.
Nice Work! I've been painting wheels for years and have tried just about every method for masking when there is a tire on the wheel, If I can I like to break the bead down on the outside of the wheel it gets the tire away from the wheel surface but you can't always do that so when I can't and I have to mask the tire I have found the best way to get the masking tape to stick to a tire that has had tire shine on it or any kind of tire conditioner is before I do anything I use either super clean or purple power i use it in a garden sprayer just for ease but spray it out of anything and just soak the tire and wheel with it even your caliper if your going to paint it it does a few things, degreases the tire/wheel/caliper very good and it also leaves the tires nice and clean looking when your done but most importantly it rids the tire of all the chemicals and your tape will stick perfect every time! a pressure washer is a bonus when rinsing it off but a normal hose works just fine too. They look good though ! keep up the awesome content we never get tired of watching your talent!
The high-tech is very good stuff, sold it at slack auto parts, thier high build primer is also very very good. Clearcoat I know for a fact stands up 5 years with zero issues.
Put down carpet makes a big difference in keeping dust down. I use to wet concrete floor when I 1st started then tried carpet game changer for real. Clean floor unroll carpet vacuum then light mist water.
I use Excel Products XL urethane primers over epoxy primers that I use on bare metal. It sands well and the price is low. Never had a problem with them. I do add some urethane reducer because they are quite thick out of the can. On another note, it's a joy to watch your projects and how you get them done. The final product is always beautiful.
You fye!! I saw in the video Georgia tag great! I'm in Athens!! So win my money tight I'd love my 1995 flareside painted white with a blue flake!!so it flips white to blue to match the interior!!
You really murdered out that car! Rims look awesome. Owners needs to get some black or red lugs. Would have been nice to paint the spindle hubs as well but that's a lot of work. I painted mines with engine high temp paint. Your paint looks way better.
great video like always Spray way.......................a little tip for everyone you could always use playing cards or 3x5 cards to tuck under the lip to mask it off.
That's a far cry different than the way I do brake calipers. I take them off and disassemble them, sometimes having to replace the grommets and piston seals. It's good work nonetheless. Also, brake caliper transfer decals would have completed it
No I didn’t. I’ve never used heat resistant paint on calipers and rotors. Regular automotive paint can stand the heat. I never had a issue…even on engine parts.
I got those same gloss black wheels on my Charger. But trust me... thanks to my girl and the curbs here in Memphis. They don't look nothing like that. Lol
Purple power will get that grease off those tires hit with a nylon brush then go back over it with the soap and water. Dawn dish soap does help. Just don’t tell the lady 🤣🤣🤣
Sprayway teaches us something every video..
Thanks Jeff
As always , my man always shows the steps , then edits the video well ….. great advice along the way …. keep ‘em coming 🎉
Thanks, will do!
Looks Great as always 👌
Dressing up the rotors would make a big improvement

I let the air out of the tires and then push playing cards down under the lip of the wheel, then paper it off. Works perfect!
Thanks

Im working my 87 Buick Regal who I nick named warning shot…she needs new paint and has minor body work. How much? When and where?
sprayway123@gmail
did you use heat resistant paint on the calipers so the paint won't bubble when the brakes heat up?
No I didn’t. I’ve never used heat resistant paint on calipers and rotors. Regular automotive paint can stand the heat. I never had a issue…even on engine parts.
You always make sure to clear your jobs good anyways, so no problem with heat👍

Damn good job
Do you still use the inflatable paint booth?
I haven’t used it yet. I have a job coming up for it though
What about airing down the tire and cutting a big garbage bag in the center then forcing it around the rim to cover the tire would that work better?
I think so
