  • In this week's mat yoga practice, we will focus several times on balance, yet have a fully body yoga practice with stretches and strengthening poses. Poses include: Warrior 1, 2, 3, dolphin plank, balanced chair and star. Listen to your body, approach all positions gently, and always back away from anything that causes pain.
