It looks like the PCB has SOCD cleaning for the arrows. Will there be a firmware update for the original F500 to give it SOCD cleaning? I don't want to use an external SOCD cleaner if the PCB can support it.
Yes, you can switch to DP mode before choosing the SOCD modes.
F500FLAT share same case tooling as F500. But they are two different products as the solution is different.
Is the body and Lexi the same size as the standard f500 so I can put a plexi on that doesn’t have the cut outs for L3 and R3
Housing case shares same tooling at F500.
Acrylic clear panel & Top metal Panel are same size as F500. But hole size is different.
You can see F500FLAT--Buttons size is 24mm while F500 is with 30mm.
Hey @mayflash is the cable pin layout compatible. With Brook pcb So we can swap if needed ?
we did not test BROOK PCB so as we can not give you suggestions, sorry.
If I want to change the buttons because I want to have different colored buttons, where do you recommend finding them?

hows the latency with the pcb? and if i put a mayflash magicboots , is there any input lag?
It is around 1MS latency for F500FLAT.
And input latency for MAGIC BOOTS is around 4MS.
Can you make a usb passthough with both ps 5 and xbox series x and s support
if you want to play PS5 fighting game, Please plug Mayflash's Magic s Ultimate adapter or MAGIC BOOTS FOR PS4 V1.1 version to F500FLAT USB SLOT.
If you want to play game on XBOX series x/s, Please plug Mayflash's Magic X adapter or MAGIC BOOTS FOR XBOX ONE to F500FLAT USB SLOT.

yes, it supports Sanwa buttons OBSF24 & OBSF30.
We did not test Qanba Gravity buttons yet. We will order one to check/test.

The motherboard PCB is different.
Will this work with a brook wingman fgc on ps5?
We did not test the device you mentioned.
Our MAYFLASH'S MAGIC BOOTS FOR PS4 V1.1 or MAGIC S ULTIMATE adapter can make F500FLAT to play PS5 fighting game such as Tekken8, Street fighter 6.
The wingman fgc works great on this. I will note that the touch pad button doesn't work but the share button functions as touch pad leaving the share option unavailable.

Are these real SANWA buttons?
MAYFLASH'S F500FLAT is done with MAYFLASH'S button, NOT Sanwa's button.
You can DIY with Sanwa buttons if you want.
Does this work on PC without the need of a controller ? Can i plug this directly into my PC and it works ?
it supports PC directly, no need any controller.
Please push the mode switch to Xinput (top ) or Dinput (bottom) when you want to play game at PC.
