Guys it did work for me so i would recommend to do it daily then you'll feel more flexible than ever, and over time you will eventually do the splits. Don't force yourself to do the splits in one go because it'll hurt. Trust me I did it then oh god it was painful to walk 😭. So you have to be patience and consistent and remember the benefits of the workout! YOU GOT THIS!!!! ❤

i started doing this flexibility workout since 2023 july, not every day but really got my legs very flexible and now i do ballet and is easier lol ( my split are pretty good but still a little difficult )

If it feels like you need to bend your front knee or like your hips want to push to the side you're pushing yourself too much and you should come up a little. BTW, your split is not sqaure, so youre cheating a little bit. Your hips needs be facing the floor not the side, you can work on your side split with yoga blocks so you can get deeper! No hate, just constructive critism so you can improve too ❤

Try to stay in the splits as deep as you can go while making sure that the hips stay square and your upper body is upright, but make sure it doesn't hurt. It should only feel uncomfortable. If it feels like you need to bend your front knee or like your hips want to push to the side you're pushing yourself too much and you should come up a little. If you have enough pillows you can stack them and put them under your hips. I hope this helps.

Day 2:my legs hurt still but I didn't struggle as much as before
Day 3:my right leg didn't struggle as much as before but my left leg is still struggling
Fyi:I don't join gymnastics or ballet or any type of sport that includes flexibility. I just started this with 0% experience

Day 1 (today)- it’s very hard I felt like my legs where burning but I finished it and did all the steps I’m 52kg
BTW, your split is not sqaure, so youre cheating a little bit. Your hips needs be facing the floor not the side, you can work on your side split with yoga blocks so you can get deeper! No hate, just constructive critism so you can improve too
