    Guys it did work for me so i would recommend to do it daily then you'll feel more flexible than ever, and over time you will eventually do the splits. Don't force yourself to do the splits in one go because it'll hurt. Trust me I did it then oh god it was painful to walk 😭. So you have to be patience and consistent and remember the benefits of the workout! YOU GOT THIS!!!! ❤

    These are soo hard ( as i am fat and has fat thighs and legs ) but yea trying them
    I will update results
    Today aka day 1 : 💀✋🏻 as today is first day i felt like i died and was about to burst into tears but yea i controlled ( i actually did them kind of wrongly- i mean comfortably )
    Day 2 : i feel more comfortable to do this than i felt yesterday as i said i am doing this in my comfort condition and yea i can't do the splits so i does them as much as i can , and the others also
    Day 3 : same as day two
    Day 4 : i felt more easily than before unless the splits
    Day 5 : Did everything perfectly unless splits and yea i felt easy
    Day 6 : same as day 5

    i started doing this flexibility workout since 2023 july, not every day but really got my legs very flexible and now i do ballet and is easier lol ( my split are pretty good but still a little difficult )

    I always knew how to do the splits but I lost my flexibility 😅And I want my flexibility back so I’m gonna do these stretches(Even tho I can’t get Zuha’s flexibility cuz she was a ballerina and I’m not, but at least I’ll be more flexible)😅Thank you so much💗

    Doing this before my daily workouts! Gonna aim for two weeks at the very least!

      you can do it as far as you can without pain and you'll get it eventually, that's how I got my splits

    Second day: done btw my legs was burning me like I puted gasoline on fire before working out but then after working out it stopped burning me like I puted gasoline on fire

    I quit ballet this summer and over the course of 2 months all my flexibility a died. and now I'm preforming K-pop dances and one of them is antifragial and in order to do the leg lift I need my flexibility back 😭 anyway- thanks for this! I really needed this

    doing for a week, updating
    (btw i have known how to do the splits for a long time i just lost my flexibility)
    day 1: done, was a bit of a stretch on my hamstrings wasnt that sore
    day 2: done, felt like i could hold the splits longer
    day 3: done! left splits were sore a bit since im mkre of a rightie (no offense) went well! will update tomorrow
    day 4: felt more flexible on my left side while doing the splits, i feel more flexible! i also feel barely any pain doing my right splits
    day 5: delayed response but, felt normal
    day 6: could touch the ground fully doing my right splits
    day 7: barely felt pain in my right splits, my left still rlly hurt but probably from soreness
    i recommend! doing this for 2 weeks would probably get insane results!!
    i did this every day around 9-12 in the morning!!

    Ive started doin this since 10th january, at least 5 times a week and it got easier to do the front split. Ive achieved it almost.

      It works! You might see small changes in a week or even less but for big changes it takes about a month

    day 1 - done (my legs are shaking)
    day 2 - 6/17 i didnt do this for like 3 days but i am back , my legs isnt leging anymore
    day 3 - 6/18 I did this and my legs are aching

      I have the same problem so the thing is I do them at the limit my legs allow me to and over stretching is also not good

      Try to stay in the splits as deep as you can go while making sure that the hips stay square and your upper body is upright, but make sure it doesn't hurt. It should only feel uncomfortable. If it feels like you need to bend your front knee or like your hips want to push to the side you're pushing yourself too much and you should come up a little. If you have enough pillows you can stack them and put them under your hips. I hope this helps.

      Try to stay in the splits as deep as you can go while making sure that the hips stay square and your upper body is upright, but make sure it doesn't hurt. It should only feel uncomfortable. If it feels like you need to bend your front knee or like your hips want to push to the side you're pushing yourself too much and you should come up a little. If you have enough pillows you can stack them and put them under your hips. I hope this helps.

      Try to stay in the splits as deep as you can go while making sure that the hips stay square and your upper body is upright, but make sure it doesn't hurt. It should only feel uncomfortable. If it feels like you need to bend your front knee or like your hips want to push to the side you're pushing yourself too much and you should come up a little. If you have enough pillows you can stack them and put them under your hips. I hope this helps.

    day 2: better, went a bit further with more ease and less pain

    Day 1 (today)- it’s very hard I felt like my legs where burning but I finished it and did all the steps I’m 52kg

    BTW, your split is not sqaure, so youre cheating a little bit. Your hips needs be facing the floor not the side, you can work on your side split with yoga blocks so you can get deeper! No hate, just constructive critism so you can improve too
