This video has helped keep me sane during a massive relapse with panic & anxiety since august while I awaited therapy. It’s now a double edged sword though as I’ve got so used to hearing it at night when the anxiety is in full swing that my brain now associates it with panic attacks and it can make it worse. The mind is crazy how it works in such strange ways. Thank you for taking the time to make them

Dear Andrew, may I request a hypnosis session focused on getting rid of hyperawareness induced insomnia, specifically aimed at reducing anxiety in respect to being overly aware of the sleeping process and getting anxious at it? Many people experience hyperawareness of the process of falling asleep (eg, noticing the jerks, eye movements) and it freaks them out.

The both times that I watched this video before going to sleep I ended up waking up almost every two hours. Has this happened to anyone else? It has helped with my anxiety but I just couldn't sleep well.
This got me to sleep after half a night of worrying and anxiety but an ad I assume at the end woke me up. I'm a very light sleeper.

Oh maybe this is what happened to me. Cause I thought my autoplay was off but an ad blasted me awake which led me to believe my autoplay was glitching but I guess some videos have ads in the middle or near the end. So horrible.

Can anyone help me figure out how to stop the next video playing, these work so beautifully for me and I so appreciate it. I have autoplay turned off yet last night I fell asleep to this and got started awake by a loud ad when another video started =( ended up having the worst night's sleep because of that jolt.
I'm so pleased you've been finding the videos helpful... from what I understand, auto-play needs to be switched off on each device desktop may be different from web or mobile app etc. The way I do this in the app on mobile is click on profile icon, select time watched, scroll down and switch off auto-play. I hope that helps.
