Thank you for this. I am, once again, all over the place. I call it the "emotional wave," because that's exactly what it is. This can't be normal even though I'm being told that I only have anxiety and depression as diagnoses. I'm also currently on steroids and antibiotics for a sinus infection and bronchitis. I feel like I'm completely falling apart in every aspect possible.
I listen to Steve Roe & you were also suggested as well. I’m a 911 dispatcher and use these meditations to wind down after my shifts. I look forward to listening to more of your recordings
Thank a lot for your video, I had an aneurysm ruptured and since that anxiety and diarrhoea. Your video help me some much to relax and I can see some positive vibes coming, I hope after few weeks my anxiety will be down and my diarrhoea will stop. Thank you again 🙏🙏🙏

I wish you would have more reminders to keep breathing deeply as it goes, I tend to breathe very little and shallowly and then I’m slowly pulled into wakefulness and boredom
Health anxiety is ruining my life. I have a chronic, degenerative disease that is difficult to treat and I have realized doctors don't really treat it seriously as a consequence.
Can you give me any advice on controlling tearfulness sometimes I carnt hold it in or is it better to cry and let it out it's hard at work to not cry some days
Feeling tearful like this could be associated with conditions like anxiety and depression, and if your emotions don’t seem in balance, it might be a good idea to seek out some professional support from your doctor or a therapist who can diagnose or give you the right support and direction. I can’t give advice specifically. But hope that is useful.

Therapy (CBT based and others) are crucial! Also, CBD has been the single most effective thing I've done (and I've tried a lot). Self-hypnosis is a close second

Steroids can make you feel depressed.
