    I wake up every morning feeling fearful. Hating to face the day, feeling anxious, shaky and tired, heart racing, dizziness, upset stomach. This has been going on for over 10 years. I have no happiness or Joy in the morning and it takes effort to get out of bed. Good to know I am not alone in this battle. So grateful for The Anxiety Guy he has helped me get through many dark days. Anxiety sufferers understand the hell we face everyday but remember we are warriors! I dont know what demon this is that we're fighting but I encourage you to keep fighting, stay positive and don't give up. By the grace of God we will make it through this!

      I have these same issues. Sure isn't fun ! I do a lot of praying and trying to trust GOD with everything. I feel, that in GODS perfect timing , things will turn around. GOD bless everyone with this situation.We must believe !!

      Yeah, everytime i say it out loud when I listen each day i say that part twice. I also LOVE when he says, I will smile in the face of fear or something to that effect. I say it throughout the day and it helps me more than words can express. I'm so grateful.

    1 month update: I listen to this whole 30 minute video every time I do stretches and weightlifting before doing my run. This has helped me out tremendously! I still have some intermittent morning anxiety symptoms, but they've been fading faster and more efficiently as I've been healing over time. If I could give this video a thousand likes, I would.       Stay strong. We definitely feel your pain. Walking or biking once per day to get rid of the nervous energy really helps. meditating and these kinds of affirmations really help too.✌

      You can also keep track of your past exercising history - which is something our team put our hearts into.
      After practicing for about two weeks, you can automatically know your emotion patterns.
      This includes a type identification of your frequent worries, and the body parts that often get tense.
      Make relaxing a part of your day.

    Just discovered these videos while searching self help for anxiety. I could just cry. I believe these are going to save me. So much of my anxiety comes from horrible self talk and convincing myself that the physical anxiety symptoms are a sign that there's something medically wrong with me. Thank you for pointing out that they are merely messages. I have extreme morning anxiety with rapid heart beat, racing thoughts and dizzyness. These videos bring about a sense of peace that I can't put into words. Thank you I look forward to many more.

      @@henkeman94 ..they helped tremendously, I still listen to them. On a scale of (1-10) with 8-or 9 being my number a year ago I'd say I'm about a 2 or 3 presently. Definitely a life saver!

    I feel the same way in the mornings, a tremendous rush of adrenaline goes through my body! Anxious thoughts instantly go through my mind and can’t go back to sleep. It’s hard to eat, no appetite, lost 30 lbs! It’s been 4 months now! My muscle in my but are so tense, I feel like I’m sitting on a board! I started these these affirmations and it helps a bit. Never new it could get this bad! It’s a very slow process to healing but I’m going to beat this! Stay strong and positive. It will get better! Fear not for Jesus is with you 🙏🏻🙏🏻👍🏻

      I gained all my weight back and eating real good now. I still listen to my affirmations and stopped all self critical talk. I’m learning to love myself just the way I am!

    I had a traumatic childhood and went on to develop anxiety at 16 then that led to depression a couple of years later and that led to the start of addiction problems at 30. I decided that it was substances or suicide and I didn't want to die but I was so close to it. Substance abuse was the wrong decision but at least it kept me alive. I'm 43 now and even though I still take medication I don't take it even remotely as much as I have in the past. I'm working on coming off the meds permanently and to come out of the haze of the past 13 years and to accept that life is a series of ups and downs. I don't believe that anxiety and depression are diseases but that they're the result of traumas especially from childhood even traumas from before we could talk. God bless everyone on this painful journey and I pray that all of this has happened for a divine reason.

      Your story is very much like mine. Bullied at school, mother was heroin addict. Left me as a baby alone to go out score drugs. Parents separated. No emotional support, turned to alcohol for confidence. Luckily found AA. Studied self improvement to try to change.

      @@tonibao1166 You can try first the Ashwagandha. Go by what it says in the package. I like the Senzu KSM -66 , Webber Naturals and GNC brand are also good. If you have a hard time sleeping at night try the Valerian root about 1 hr before bed. If you are taking other prescription medications. Take it about 2 hours apart...it's always recommended 👌 . It took 3 days for me to see the difference in your body. You will feel calmer, less stressful and more peace in your body. These are natural remedies. Good luck and all the best 🥰 Delfina

    I have had panic attacks every other day for months. I’ve been doing so much better, but yesterday I had a really bad one for the first time in a few days - almost a week. I felt disappointed and defeated. Although anxiety and I have broken up, I still slip up. I still may have attacks for the rest of my life. My goal is to reduce my anxiety, my attacks, and spirals. I cannot shame myself for “relapsing”.
    I love this video and what’s it’s shown me to use everyday. Even if I step backwards sometimes, they are. just. moments.

      @@rhondamasterson1746 I think realistically I will always have them.. My nervous system is sensitive and impaired. Like medically.. So I do still have them often. But, I’m able to see some views differently with the help of affirmations. It does encourage me to truly calm down. The length of my attacks have somewhat gone down when I do put effort with affirmations. But as I said, they still happen. :)

    Hey anxiety guy just wanted to let you know how much your videos have helped me on my road to recovery. When I first found your videos I was getting 4-5 panick attacks a day, unable to quit smoking, and was losing my ability to exercise. Thanks to your videos I was able to quit smoking since my biggest issue with smoking was always anxiety. I've also been getting back into the gym. I'm not 100% by any means, but your videos have helped me so much

    Again I listened for 30 minutes as I took the dreaded blood pressure that sends my anxiety thru the roof. Started at 147/97 and ended up 30 minutes later (listening to your affirmations under headphones) at 135/87! Right where my doctor wants me! Thank you so much.😘 (hug)

    As healing as this is & as grateful as I am for it, I’m sorry for this negativity but these intermittent ads feel quite anxiety exacerbating!     This is one of my favorites. I listen to it at least three times daily. I suffer tremendously from self hate, blame, guilt, PTSD, social anxiety, health anxiety and depression. I was in a very abusive marriage where some of the abuse included a gun. Things spiraled from there. I stayed in the marriage because I had a fear of abandonment because as a small child my mom used to pack a suitcase almost weekly and threaten to leave my younger siblings and I. She would be gone for hours and me being the oldest felt the need to take care of everyone. That has followed me into adulthood. I ended up in a relationship with an addict where I thought I could save him. Five years into the relationship he took his own life in front of me via self inflicted gun shot wound.. At times I wanted to take my own life because I have a hard time living with the guilt and PTSD. Thank you for caring about us Dennis and offering these amazing podcast's/videos. I'm begging for advice...are there certain segments you have that would be really therapeutic for me and my situation. I appreciate any feed back.❤️

    Amazing how while doing this, I have intrusive thoughts still trying to get through in the middle of this. I love that I am fully aware of them and letting them be, but I am not responding to them anymore

    Dennis, my contract ends 10.15.20, and today I finally spent time in my yard in a house I've been in for a year, wondering why I couldn't stop being afraid to. This channel helped me in so many ways, because I stuck with it - thank you again! I had looked for a way to get past that for a while, and the meditations really helped me finally figure out WHY, so that I could have a solution and freedom. :) Have a great day!

    Mostly mornings these video help me. As I hear & repeat these positive affirmations gives me the strength to focus .
    I have many challenges this year. Lost my job due to Covid. I’ve been waiting for my unemployment. June I was diagnosed with a cyst on the outer part of my heart. Aug diagnosed with breast cancer. At this time if I need a mastectomy & Chemo. I do know 8/27 I will go in for surgery lobectomy. I believeGod has something bigger for me. Living alone I must call for help. I must manifest my dreams to come true. I surrender.🙏💗

    A month ago I had a phase of bad crippling anxiety along with bad dreams, but every night I'd sleep putting this on and idk if it was the belief or surrendering to this, all of it stopped, finally feeling normal and peaceful and actually look forward to food night sleep ignoring the bad effects of anxiety on my dreams

      @@Lwhiteside23 You are very welcome. If you leave in the states I would suggest GNC Ashwagandha. Unfortunately I can't buy it right now. I checked in the GNC store in Canada, but they no longer have it. 😕
      It seems because of this Pandemic we can't get vitamins delivered from states anymore. Pretty sad how much government has control over our health now a days. Wish you lots of health 🙏❤
