    Lukewarm lemon water 20 min before breakfast
    Add oats ,suji or ragi in you diet which substitutes wheat or rice
    Consume more fruits
    Say no to sugar ( refined )
    Use mustard oil or olive oil
    Keep an eye on your weight
    Take your dinner at 8 pm max

    Subha uthne ke baad se din ke 12 pm Tak only liquid diet me rahe ... nariyal pani nimbu pani fruits salad and vegitable salad ....le sakte hain....after 12 you can take your proper Lunch and intake more water 3 to 4 ltr in a day and complete your dinner before 8pm....it will be help you for healthy weight loss....

    I follow all the points except tea. I use jaggery instead of sugar in tea. Also keep the water in copper vessel over night to drink in the morning.

    Hy everyone..!
    I am also a fat chick.
    But i have started losing weight. I drink detox drink daily in morning empty stomach and before sleep.
    I grind ginger in water and boil the water for max. 5 minutes. Then I squeeze lemon into the water and drink it. You can add normal water if it’s too hot.
    Edited- I drink it in summers too but from this i get acne on my face but losing fat is more important than this because you can get over from acne in 4-5 days.
