Hy everyone..! I am also a fat chick. But i have started losing weight. I drink detox drink daily in morning empty stomach and before sleep. I grind ginger in water and boil the water for max. 5 minutes. Then I squeeze lemon into the water and drink it. You can add normal water if it’s too hot. Edited- I drink it in summers too but from this i get acne on my face but losing fat is more important than this because you can get over from acne in 4-5 days.

I follow all the points except tea. I use jaggery instead of sugar in tea. Also keep the water in copper vessel over night to drink in the morning.
