      71 kg hua hai filhal difference to hai agar ham strictly diet ko follow karte hai to mai diet ke sath sath workout and daily 10000 steps walk karti hu and 500 skipping bhi

      So the current weight is 70kg ye work to karta hai lekin aapko strictly pura diet follow karna hai and in my case maine diet to follow Kiya lekin kaafi jyada workouts bhi kiye along with running and skipping 👍🏻(har kisi ka body type alag hota hai ho sakta hai aapko itna workout na karna pade sirf diet se bhi difference samajh ajaye...)

    Lunch - 2 roti 2 veggies no potatoes
    Jaggery ball
    2 warm glass water
    1 fruit
    1 green tea
    Handful Roasted cheap peas
    1 warm glass water
    Dinner salad like lunch
    2 roti 2 veggie
    Walk few minutes
    &
    1/2 glass warm water before you sleep

    mam muje aapka diet plan bht acha lga bcoz usme tea b hai aur roti b muje aisa hi diet plan chahiye tha aur mai aaj se start kr rahi hu mera weight 90kg hai aur waist 48.6 inch hai aur mai daily empty stomach thyroid ki goli leti hu muje thyroid hai approx 9-10yrs se aur kneepain aur disk problem b hai L3, L4 isliye mai na to exercise kr sakti hu aur na zyada walk just 5 min ki walk v bht mushkil se hoti hai vo b slow slow aur meri age 42 yrs hai to plz batao mera weight is diet plan se kitna loose hoga aur kitna tym lagega🙏🏼🙏🏼plz reply mam🙏🏼🙏🏼

      Intermittent fasting kriye ( 16:8 ) wala, strict healthy diet full of fibres lejiye.. sugar consumption bilkul band kr dejiye aur cardio exercise kejiye . To 1 month me aap ko drastic change dikhega..

    EM : 1 glass warm water with lemon
    1 glass luke warm water 30min. before & after every meal
    Fruit 10am
    10:30 : Milk tea with nuts
    12:30 : salad
    12:40 : green veg with 1 small katori dal and 1/2 roti
    4:00 : Tea with roasted chana
    6:40 : salad
    6:50 : 1/2 roti with vegetable/ daliya
    Bed time : warm water
