    मैंम आपकी डाइट लेने का फायदा यह है कि सारी चीजें घर में अवेलेबल हो जाती हैं और बाकी जो डाइटिशियन है उनकी जो डाइट प्लान है उसमें काफी खर्चा होता है जो हर व्यक्ति नहीं कर सकता है कि की मोटापा से ग्रसित तो काफी लोग होते हैं चाहे वह अमीर हो या कम पैसे वाला हो पैसे वाले तो कर लेते हैं पर जो मिडिल क्लास में आते हैं वह नहीं कर पाते हैं पर आप जो डाइट देते हैं वह हर व्यक्ति कर सकता है और फायदा भी होता है थैंक यू सो मच

    Ma'am mereko Hypo Thyroidism hai karib 20 saalo se .. mera weight 80 kgs hai .. mereko IBS (Irritable Bowl Syndrome)ki problem bhi hai .. jiski vajah se doctor bahut sare food restrictions kiye hai .. fir bhi mera weight kam nahi ho raha hai .. hafte me 3-4 din 40 mnt evening walk bhi karti hu ..     Mam mujhe aapka video bahut acha laga. Mai kal se yeh start karungi. Mujhe thyroid ka problem jisse wajan badta hai aur jiske karan kabhi kabhi chid chida pan bhi hota hai. Mujhe 10 kilo loose karna as per my height. Toh yeh same diet thik rahega

    mam muje aapka diet plan bht acha lga bcoz usme tea b hai aur roti b muje aisa hi diet plan chahiye tha aur mai aaj se start kr rahi hu mera weight 90kg hai aur waist 48.6 inch hai aur mai daily empty stomach thyroid ki goli leti hu muje thyroid hai approx 9-10yrs se aur kneepain aur disk problem b hai L3, L4 isliye mai na to exercise kr sakti hu aur na zyada walk just 5 min ki walk v bht mushkil se hoti hai vo b slow slow aur meri age 42 yrs hai to plz batao mera weight is diet plan se kitna loose hoga aur kitna tym lagega🙏🏼🙏🏼plz reply mam🙏🏼🙏🏼

      Intermittent fasting kriye ( 16:8 ) wala, strict healthy diet full of fibres lejiye.. sugar consumption bilkul band kr dejiye aur cardio exercise kejiye . To 1 month me aap ko drastic change dikhega..
